You can't please them all but the story is right up my alley. Why is my rating low though? Well that's because the ending is severely disappointing. In a word, RUSHED. It felt like the author didn't want to continue anymore and just abruptly wrote something that he thought was a good enough wrap up. Well in case it isn't obvious enough with my tone, it's not. There is a huge hole in the story. We don't even know what happened to that Venerable Lie Kong from another county or what his purpose was for implicating the Su family effectively rendering chapters 144-147 absolutely useless. It wasn't even touched upon once in the succeeding chapters all the way to the end. It would've been fine if the MC decided to kill the 3 old guys or the author made something up on a somewhat believable reason why he would spare them. It's a freaking major reason for his wife's family's suffering for crying out loud. Now it just feels like he didn't care enough to get to the bottom of it.
I am very happy that i have read the novel . I like how the story is progressing and how everything develops . It is one of best novel i have and plz continue it

I don't know how this story has such a high rating, I have multiple books I read directly from authors websites where they publish their chapters themselves off any platform, I read several books from a couple random translators from writers who self publish on their own websites in japanese, and I read several books on here where apparently not a single writer has english as a first language, and this is by far the worst english I have ever seen, so many sentences don't make ANY sense, or have any meaning whatsoever because they are so butchered, I'm not willing to slog through when so many of the comments on reviews are talking about how terrible the grammar stays even past the 1000 chapter point, I sent a friend request on discord because I am a native English speaker, a writer myself, and willing to edit the story, because the base seems like it's an interesting story, I just can't tell for sure cause it's making my eyes bleed and giving me migraines trying to read it.
Would like it to be update. I hate it when you get to the end and can’t even finish the book.
