The first hundreds chapters are bad, like really bad. He was a simp, and it made me cringe every time he talked to his teacher, and he treated her like private property. It was frustrating, but after that it got better. Turn you brain off for a while and you can enjoy this.
Edit: the conflict between Belinda and the mercenaries made no sense. She could just resolve it with money, she could clearly see that they were outnumbered. But no, just had to make unnecessary drama, she was evil not dumb.
Overall average. Most MMO novels will be similar to this. I guess the romance/sm*t was okay, but not anything to write home about. The ending imo wasn't too bad. The story itself is very repetitive but that's what makes an MMO an MMO. I particularly liked the competition in this novel in comparison to other novels. a solid 6.5/10, would recommend it if bored and you wanted to beat your meat to words.

I think this novel anit for me
I managed to reach this chapter because it's intriguing. Additionally, the characters weren't too bad. However, by this point, the issues with the main character and the male lead became more apparent. The main character is extremely stubborn and lacks flexibility. Her reactions to the male lead are also very immature. While it's understandable that someone without relationship experience might act this way, it's different for a professional assassin. It's hard to imagine someone who has been exposed to so much darkness reacting so immaturely to romance. Moreover, her stubbornness is not endearing. , she comes across as very immature, and I genuinely don't like her. The couple doesn't seem to express their emotions in a healthy manner, making their dynamic feel off and almost toxic.
