I personally know the author so I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible.
This is a good story. The narration is well enough and there aren't any glaring problems with the writing. Some awkward sentences are here and there but I mostly enjoyed this. Hopefully, everyone else will too.
okish novel.... better than many translations, but goes downhill after chapter 30 where he is trying to act some sort of hero or instead of simply selling codes goes and wastes 10 chapters or more in city. He should be busy training, farming skill points , lvling up and collecting rare codes. Things happene for MC's convince and 30% of novel feels like filler ......
Good story so far. Keep it up and update more. There are some punctuation writing mistakes other wise good overall. It doesn't seem like English is your 3rd language.

this a very good novel with something new taking the troupes of heroines knowing the future or listen to the thoughts of mc,or read his dairy etc from the usual urban setting and putting it into a cultivation world ,this the first to do so ,the comedy is very good in it ,it also has avoided a pit usual present it this troupes quite intelligently this should have been selected but since amazing novels like the seventh base can get eliminated it doesn't surprise much
Although the writing quality is a bit iffy sometimes, the story is very good! The author is also clearly seeking improvement and is improving as the story goes on. Every major character seems their own reasons for their actions and the plot development is exciting! The MC is cold and rational, but he tries to stick to his own beliefs. Overall, this a very good novel, especially for me, who likes action over romance and harems. Hope you keep up the good work author! ~(≧▽≦)/~
mc is not smart. Someone with an IQ of 185, acting without thinking about the behaviors. mc mentality is garbage. The author has confused the tag villain with the tag hero. As they say in the other comments, mc IQ is 100. The writer removes the tag villain. The novel annoys you all the time.
I think this is a pretty high quality book that deserves more than it gets. I didn’t notice any major grammatical mistakes that would disturb the reading experience (English is not my first language) and I just read the whole book in one go (it is currently 5 am) and enjoyed it through and through. So if you’re wavering to read this I think it’s at least worth to give it a try.

I am no Lv 6, I am not a professional reviewer, I just read the thing so far and I found a few things that could be important to note before reading.
This story is a cliche of OP mc, it's like the Chinese ones, where MC is an op cultivator, who returns to earth, but in this one he doesn't return to earth, he is just reincarnated there which also happens in many other novels.
For this review, I'll go over my reasons for star ratings to simplify it;
Translation Quality - 2 Stars; The quality of translations is alright grammatically, it's not terrible, it looks like a high school freshmen paper, which is okay for a novel, Rome wasn't built in a day and this isn't professionally written even natively. Though there is a major discrepancy everyone notices right out the gate of the first chapter. The novels spacing has no point, every sentence seems to be cut off from each other for no explainable reason, do they just not want to use periods?
Stability of Updates - 5 Stars; This is because so far, the updates are coming at a steady rate that is enjoyable for any regular reader who doesn't harass the author/translators to hurry up.
Story Development - 3 Stars; The story hasn't developed much so far, but I understand some criticism of my comment that ill state myself, it hasn't had time to develop. Maybe it is a slow-moving development, possibly, but most unlikely sense these kinds of novels never really have story development, its more akin to a power fantasy.
Character Design - 2 Stars; Exactly with the story development, our MC doesn't change in any regard, he's just as ruthless, and with the author being a human and not innately a demon, you can still see things that in mind, a demon would never do within the story. You may say "Oh but he's changed now"? Why would he, we havnt seem him even talk to the original host's family. This is just a thing of the author not being in the mindset to write a demon as a character, and should just stook with the MC being a past 'demonic' cultivator, so it could explain why theres still human aspects to his personality.
Finally, Word Background - 1 Star; You cant picture this world if you were a new reader to novels, and don't say 'A new reader wouldnt find this' oh yes he would, at time of writing this is the #10 Top Translated Novel. The worlds not shown, it's like a 2d plain, 'He comes out of a river caught by an oldman' , if you were to imagine while reading an overly complicated way of saying exactly that, you would just imagine a river with a old man on the bank of it. Is it a high bank? Is it a grass bank or a sandbank, why is the old man there fishing in a river? If he's rich why isn't he fishing in a pond that could be easily installed? There's no rhyme or reason in this story.
All in all, this story is without reason and is just another power fantasy, if you liked one punch man, just keep reading one punch man, a new chapter comes out almost daily, sometimes there pauses, but you can re-read it. There's a lot of novels better than this one hidden in the Fan-Fic section, and I can understand if you read this anyway, I'm just giving my opinion on the story, its another Chinese power fantasy that will be drowned out by next year, when either the chapters are finished translating and it goes to the backboard of top #100 only being read by new readers, losing its initial drive, or the translators will stop translating, people will ask for someone else to pick it up, a few months to a year later they do and drop it again, for this story to only be lost in time.

I'd like to say that the description is somewhat confusing.
It indeed gave information about the novel, but not the way it should've done. It seems rather forced, and as I said, confusing.
This is not a cleverly written novel.
For people who read several Cultivation novels, this is will be unbearable to read, as the Mc is not smart, unnecessarily stubborn and always intivites calamities(problems) upon himself. This novel is also slow paced. So, Mc's actions are even more irritating with this pace.
Those people who just started reading Chinese Cultivation novels, they might find this novel likable as it has proper progression of story.
