This is a review of the first seven chapters. This story is a mystery about how a naked dead body ended up inside an architect’s bathtub. The detective is a flopish lord who solves mysteries as a hobby. The action is fast paced. The setting is London during World War Two. The English class system is a part of the story. If you like history mysteries, you should try this story.
Sci-fi has never been a particular interest of mine. I prefer literature, the works of Dickens, Austen, Shakespeare, Poe, Stevenson, etc. But I absolutely fell in love with this story. Well-written, well-developed, and well-paced; it's nearly perfect. Each chapter never fails to keep you enthralled and wanting more. You can form connections with the characters, and clearly envision everything that goes on. Truly a worthy and enjoyable read!
Taking something from Hamilton and making it sound dumb? Bad synopsis=1 star clearly. Shameful actions by you young chap, father is disappointed.
I read all of this in one sitting. This novel is great plain and ******. Character design is done well. The world backgrounf os pretty well developed, and the story itself is a good light read with a nice plot.

The beginning of the story resembles a kids writing, world background doesn't really make sense, the usual cliche antagonists who are sick in the head or suffered severe trauma. Redundant sentences for word count etc. Still an ok read if u can skim through it and ignore the grammar as it's not the author first languge. There is a gradual increase in quality of writing if you continue long enough.Read when you have nothing else
