It was a good read. As what the author had said on his review, his sentence structure needs improvement. But welp, I also need it for mine so overall, this story good. It has interesting and unique plots, and even tho the pace was a little slow at start, it did not disrupt my immersion while reading it.

This story was good starting out but the author obviously has know idea what he is doing it makes no sense why he is not leveling up he has xp stocked up for 100s of chapters the he complains when he’s getting beaten up or always near death when all he needs to do is level up. It’s so annoying he’s said so many times he can easily level up to 5th order but dosent want to and wants to master the abilities he has now that is so stupid he’s been in so many fights that he has already mastered them if this continues I will be dropping it I hope the author sees this in fixes it it makes no sense how can you be so dumb
A complete novel. No lose ends or plot holes. A sweet romance without drama and tragedy. Great and complex fight scenes. Hardworking mc with only a basic plot armor that only helps at the beginning. Afterwards hardwork and hardwork.Realistic and rich setting. Not everything and everyone is a success. There are failures and parting. All characters and not only the mc develop in the story and grow. At the end you will be satisfied with the end and wishing more.

But Lin Yue's performance—the fake gratitude, the innocent smile, the dramatic 'snatching'—neutralizes Grandma Gu's position. And then Dogdan's kneeling? That's the masterstroke. He turns Grandma Gu's own family against her by making her look generous in front of everyone. She can't take the rice back without looking like a liar. The stakes escalate when we cut to the Gu family's explosion. The eldest aunt screaming about betrothal gifts, Gu Sanping threatening to find Lin Yue, the daughter-in-law being blamed for being 'too dumb.' This isn't just a family argument; it's the cracking open of decades of resentment, economic tension, and gender dynamics. The author makes us care about the outcome because everyone has something to lose. Lin Yue needs the rice to survive. Grandma Gu needs to maintain her authority. The daughters-in-law need food for their children. And the villagers? They need drama. The conflict is multi-directional, and that's what makes it so compelling. I'm on the edge of my seat every time.
