It's a good novel. If you look past the obviously rushed first chapter, there's nothing terrible about it.Writing quality 5*- Apart from the first few chapters, the grammar is good. Even those first few chapters are better than a good majority of the novels I've read on here. Though the grammar could always improve, 5 stars, for now, seem appropriate. Stability of updates 5*- Simple. The author releases at least one chapter a day.Story development 5*- It's too early into the novel to really say but for now I think it's going in the right direction.Character design 5*- Is going in the right direction. The characters and their reactions are genuine enough for a work of fiction and I got nothing to complain about. I enjoy Johnathan and the other twos characters. I also like their powers. Again, I have nothing to complain about. World Background 4*- This is by far the worst thing in this novel. However, that's compared to everything I reviewed so far. The world-building isn't bad but so far nothing's really shown how the world changed since the start. But I can understand why nothings really been said. in the novel, not much time has passed. Around 1 or 2 days. Which isn't long at all. So I have hope that once more time passes, the author will explain how everything changed and focus more on world-building.So that is my review. I hope this is helpful to those who are hesitant or are debating on whether to read. It's a good novel, but it's a bit early to decide and give a definite score. However, everything said, I believe the novel is quite promising. With the small teasers the author gave in the beginning, I doubt it'll only be zombies. Overall, I say this novel is a 4.8. It could go up or down, but for now, I say it's a reasonable score. Thanks for reading, and Author, I hope you keep up the good work. I do suggest rewriting the first chapter and extending it so it's less rushed and more natural.
It was a pleasant read! Honestly. I haven't finished reading but as far as I have read, it's really nice! I loved the MC and his personality. There are minor errors here and there but nothing that will ruin the reading experience. This novel has a really good worldbuilding. In short, I am really enjoying reading this. Keep up the good work!
After reading 130+ chapters (thanks for the raws) here's what I can say.
In my opinion, people are exaggerating about the patriotism in the novel. MC cares about his family+girl above everything, but also wants to help his country whenever possible. Why? He literally lived through the destruction and massacre of his country's population. It would be rare if that didn't affect him. In fact, I could even say he is selfish. He doesn't help others out of patriotism, he does it because he wants to form his own team to fight demons. He's trying to save the world on his own terms.
With that out of the way, it is very readable. MC is definitely OP since he has obtained multiple rewards that although separately are good, combined in the same person make him progress very quickly. However, this is somewhat balanced with the fact that demons are way stronger than humans. As a result, he keeps having to fight enemies quite above his level.
Anyways, I suggest you don't let comments about racism/nationalism
dissuade you, it's not as bad as some are making out to be.
if you like Dreamland adventure you'll like this novel the beginning is very similar currently at chapter 5 the story progress is very similar

Assassin who only kills evil-doers! Every single one of his enemies is a horrendous villain specially designed to make the protagonist look like a stunning example of humanity!
And the plot? What plot? Did you expect one when you first saw the title? From the title alone you should know what happened here. Novel becomes popular in China. Some authors create copy-cat novels - similarly successful. Webnovel sees this and then procedes to assign a dozen teams to create their - poorly thought out - plagiarised version. My lord, when will this horror ever stop?
Interesting concept, with a mediocre execution.
The core concept of a master that has to pick and raise his disciples is fairly good. Nothing too original, but fun nonetheless.
The excessive exposition and focus on banality make this novel hard to read though. So while the core concept remains fairly is interesting and fun, you'll have to keep skimming and skipping through the text to get to the actually interesting bits.
Characters also aren't very interesting. As said above, the story is told mostly through introspection and exposition. Leaving very little room for actually interesting character interactions. There are some good/fun this here and there, but there is just too little of it. Characters all remain very flat and interactions often times don't feel quite natural.
I wouldn't recommend reading this, unless you really love stories with a lot of exposition, a very slow pace and with excessive amounts of detail. If you're into that, go for it. Otherwise skip this one.

Review time!
Honestly, didn't expect much. It's about the mc with his three daughters, who are about 4 - 6 six years old.
To chapter 20, it's still mostly aimed at the oldest daughter with some screen time giving to the two other sisters. The mc comes from a declining cultivation family, like the sypnosis said, but only one other 'servant'? is aware of this.
Mc has a SYSTEM, a check-in system but it only appeared in one chapter or so.
Faceslaps are a given and shines brightly in this novel. Overall, the novel is better than the expired fast food novels these days and does have some potential but I won't bet on it.
Translation Quality: 4*
SoU: 5*
Story development: 3* (Kinda cliche and is highly predictable)
Character design: 3* (You have 20 chapters but the spotlight was especially on the oldest daughter)
World background: 2*, nothing.... Really nothing....
Overall rating: 3.4*
Personal rating: 3.1*
in terms of plot this one is quite unique even with many copy/paste of the same genre, the plant vs zombie the dark fog and the amount of zombie going to your home depends on your exploration is quite good, but the problem is the amount of useless chapter specially when its alice pov its totally useless just like today (enoch news) it was just alice pov thinking and the chapter is tottally skippable
