This might be one of the most captivating quick transmigration stories I've come across, especially considering my penchant for melancholic endings (unfortunately, my own writing tends to have them too). The narrative tugged at my heartstrings, eliciting both tears and laughter as I followed the characters' antics. However, I must admit that the main character's feelings towards the male lead seemed to evolve subtly rather than dramatically across each arc.
What I appreciated was the MC's multi-dimensional portrayal, never conforming to the typical two-faced transformation seen in other quick transmigration tales. Misunderstandings often played a significant role in the ML perceiving the MC negatively.
There was one arc, specifically Arc 6 or 7 (I can't quite recall which), where I genuinely despised the ML – he was an unpleasant character during that period. Despite that, I wholeheartedly recommend this quick transmigration story. It's one of the best I've encountered, and I believe it stands out from the rest.

I was hooked on this novel right from chapter 1 and I really enjoyed reading it. Unfortunately, the translation bites the dust at around ch 365 and I just couldn't continue with it. It's not unreadable but it feels like I was eating food cooked by a world-class chef and then suddenly I got served food made by someone who couldn't tell salt from sugar.
Definitely one of my favourites despite there are certain parts that p*ss*s me off too much that i paused reading for a few days lol.

The ending, which reveals everyone's true identities, requires some detective work to piece together.
While many might find the conclusion unsatisfying, personally, I found it compelling. One particular scene that stood out for me was the protagonist's initial reaction upon discovering his husband's infidelity: "I'll kill him. I'll destroy him, and then that Childhood Sweetheart of his." Speculating, the protagonist might have been too consumed by emotions to consider divorce, shock, or possibly due to his financial stake in his husband's company.
Alternatively, the protagonist could be a hidden psychopath, as suggested by events in the epilogue. After all that, he ends up with a seemingly loyal dog, which could be a subtle clue. So, be cautious – this is a romantic drama with themes of revenge and violence. Enjoy it during the day, as there are descriptions of gore that might not be suitable for bedtime reading.
