Its a real good story and i plan to follow it to the end but sadly they have made the mc into a giant idiot what most people would get in an instant days later hes still scratching his head about he has also attacked a number of people who were just trying to recruit him to their college
"Among the students dressed almost entirely in black or gray, Lu You stood out in a pink dress, looking like a princess born to be one." I keep coming back to this line because it's doing SO much work in a single sentence. The worldbuilding here is subtle but devastating. We're told this is a post-apocalyptic setting with supernatural abilities, bases competing for resources, fog that's getting thicker, people living in a harsh environment where black and gray are the dominant colors. And then Lu You walks in wearing PINK like she stepped out of a fairy tale. The author doesn't need to explain the apocalypse through exposition dumps. We get it through the contrast. The self-operated restaurants where breakfast costs points. The fact that preserved eggs are exotic enough that Lu You assumes Cen Wu has never heard of them. The Regeneration Factor being discussed like a commodity. The surveillance cameras that are "all-seeing" and already recording violations. The fog that Xie Yuanchuan uses as an excuse not to drive his kids to school anymore. And then there's the breakfast scene — Cen Wu dunking her fried dough stick into soy milk until it's completely soaked, Cen Yuxing copying her exactly. These small domestic moments ground the story in something real. The crispy dough absorbing the soy milk, the rich flavor bursting with each bite. The author makes us taste this food. It's not just worldbuilding about survival — it's worldbuilding about normalcy, about the small rituals that make life worth living even in a broken world. The contrast between Lu You's insulated lunch box with pork soup dumplings and the siblings' simple soy milk and fried dough stick says everything about the class divide between the bases without a single word of exposition.
The story was engaging and captivating, and I found myself fully immersed in the world and characters. The plot was well-crafted and thought-provoking, and I found myself constantly on the edge of my seat. The author did an excellent job of bringing the story to life and making me feel like I was a part of it.
Honestly, the MC is an absolute retard and most of the story has me cringing. If you aren't into shame play and embarrassment, you might not be able to read it, because it's the story's main charm. TBH it was very, very hard to get this far so I can't say this story is for the faint of heart. I have read much worse, though, so there is that. MUCH WORSE.Hard to say this without spoilers but I really suspected some darker themes since that was how the narrative was progressing, but it has been a relief so far since I'm not into things that rhyme with vape and plackmail.
Pls update soon!! Cant wait to read next chapter....................................................................................................
The story is about a man who transmigrate to another world while acquiring a game system that aids him in founding a sect.is not a bad story, it has some potential, but it has a copy paste idea about all other stories that describe sects which nothing new or innovated. I tried to like it, however it feels rush somehow, as well as The character is not relatable for me, world background need some more details. However, I encourage the author to continue for as you gain more experience in your writing future stories will benefit from it.Good Luck!
This story gets interesting after all the background info dump in the first 4/5 chapters before the MC transmigrates along with the souls of 29 psychiatric patients with various powers. The MC is able to use these souls with various power and skills to be OP early on depending on the situation, but around chapter ~30 something, this ability was nuked by the author which kind of killed story for me.The MC is a slime ball with no backbone and a history of seducing women, although, reading up to chapter 60, the MC seems to be all talk with no real action like typical Chinese MCs.
