I just started reading this wonderful story and I’m beginning to love it already
The protagonist initially portrayed himself as weak, untalented, and timid but not foolish. Through a life-threatening event, he gained immense power, not due to mere luck, but through his own trials and tribulations. Now, as a vengeful and intense character, the narrative unfolds with thrilling adventures. Although there's a hint of a harem aspect, the author maintains a balance by centering the protagonist's affections on one particular girl, making it more acceptable for readers.
The story is filled with cunning villains, but the protagonist's resilience against their schemes appeals to readers who dislike overly naive or easily manipulated characters. However, the review deducts one star after about 100 chapters, as they feel some parts拖沓冗长. Overall, it's an engaging read with a well-developed plot.

How about the only character he seriously treats as a romantic interest
so I just finished this one, it's not that bad, but I think the struggles of the female lead is not fully showcased. There's a lot of chapters that I am not super satisfied because a side from the female leads business growth she lacked conversation with her children (especially w/ her son). And lastly, the ending is soooo bitin and kulang~

As a guy who has read manga, novels, and watched anime, this is honestly pretty bad. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's pretty bland. The author created a pretty good start when MC came from another world reincarnated into the villain and changed everything. The butterfly effect through the small actions she did really impacted the plot and took it in a different direction. However, it has a serious problem that many novels have. A great start, but as it goes on, it gets worse and worse and eventually ends quickly or is abandoned. It's like a bowl of soup where everything is mashed and mixed together. The first bite will be very delicious because of its variety, but later on it will become more bland and tasteless. There is no highlight, no climax, we finish the bowl of soup without any flavor remaining, like a roller coaster. That's about the plot, the character development is also poor, the MC is like a robot that only works when given orders, the supporting character is brainless
The plot of the novel, if there is one, is extremely shallow. The premise revolves around the protagonist being inside a book and having dreamed its events. However, the narrative inconsistencies are glaring - she wakes up not knowing her own parents, despite her 'tough' character being consistently portrayed throughout the story as if to remind readers. It's hard to accept that this same person suddenly becomes a lovesick,傻白甜 who commits suicide over unrequited love in the novel.
The disconnect between the character development is significant. It's difficult to empathize with Lu Wan, unless one identifies with the idea of being "unlike other girls," perhaps a sentiment aimed at appealing to a certain audience.
The author's portrayal of the original story as a dark drama and the original female lead as a complex character seems hypocritical, as they then turn Lu Wan into an even more exaggerated Mary Sue, which comes across as ironic and unbelievable.
