spoiler mc is sometime flexing too much and sometimes too kind and generous for eg 6soul bones without his help they would never even have found out what it is he even let them observe his soul pet many secrets than he still has to give a technique flexing would be the first time military saved him and died and severely injured acts generous refusing some resources of student level to give professional soul masters oh yes it's more valuable than their lives doesn't even bother learning their name and at first it seemed like overwhelming knowledge to train soul pets bit they all just have awaken different already available bloodline and while it is about soul pets we doesn't see mc really train much except for when he first cultivated he doesn't even bother culivate sword after a few time by the way technique should be cultvated by two beings I think so how pet did it is beyond me and it just seems like he get resources easily all the while and people treat him nicely extraordinary luck when he refused they still insist on giving him things +
definitely did not get hooked by the cover.. yep definitely not..
i umm.. got hooked by the synopsis hmm yes the synopsis..
what a beautiful synopsis, those beautiful curves.. what a great cursive font, and wow! those huge round... bold letters, they look very bree.. readable *cough* *cough*
Wil keep the 4.8 going. Liking the novel. A very feel good and relaxing one so far. Tho i got to ask, how many chapters are there so far and how long wil the novel be? +1 fp for me
interesting, albeit slightly flawed read. Steve includes the good and the bad. The flaw is including crude stories including one where a waitress flashes him her chest only covered with whipped cream. That simply serves no purpose besides shock value.
A strength is his inclusion of specifics about the restaurant business. Most authors do not include hard operating numbers and advice in a narrative book. He does and it is extremely useful information. I found those details are comparable in less words to books I have read devoted entirely to running the business.
He nails it on the head when talking about going the extra mile for your guests. His philosophy and stories reminded me of Nordstrom’s commitment to unexpected service, even when it is not even related to the core business.
Summary: Worth the read. Great for the business details and advice.
This is a great novel with a lot of potential, with a little editing, am sure people will realize it. Now it just looks like a block of words which are a little overwhelming to read.
Interesting read but the chapters were too long in my opinion. Maybe because i am impatient that's why i wanted to know more.
So except that, the world building was awesome and the plot is slowly uncovering it's self. So i would love to keep reading.
Sorry I just have to give it a 5 star review on account of the mc’s name
Looking good, Author! Really funny story so far. The MC's internal thoughts are fun to read, and the supporting cast is growing nicely. Keep it up!
Finally we got relatively fast-paced kingdom-building! The world seems fascinating, it's just that the characters are a bit lackluster for now. The only thing resembling this book would probably be 'From Chief To The Emperor' by Killerpants (in HIATUS).
What an excellent plot you have here, author. The MC is fun, and so are every side characters. No doubt the Mc will have to face an unimaginable danger, but you make me want to swap place with him.? There is no dull moment in any of the chapters. Keep it up author! Totally recommend!
Writing quality: Top notch. Few if any errors that pull you out of the story. Story Development: Absolutely splendid read, you have a bullied kid, parental problems, PTSD/trauma, then coming across a "Opportunity" this leads to its own set of problems but incredible potential positives outcomes. To a solid bit of foreshadowing of something major occuring in the story early on and gradually picking up into a grand finale of sorts. Can't imagine what we will be getting to experience in this story few hundred chapters from now.Character Design: Solid work here across the board. Consistently expressing other characters and how the occurrences in the story in itself effected them. Showing growth in the main character early on and being consistent with it. Main character isn't broken op and still has enemies but clearly you can see what his growth rate will be like in the future. Updating stability: I want to see 14 chapters a week. I personally read extremely fast. So I'm generally picky here. And I like basically being able to get on every day and getting to read a solid 2 chapters from Novels I am really enjoying. Meh I'm needy/greedy when it comes to good literature can't help it. I just read most of the chapters in burst and caught up to the most recent chapter so I can't judge on this and so forth leaving it at 5 stars until further notice. World Background: Overall solid, the author gives good description of environments that the "present" story is taking place in from schools, training areas, bedrooms and more and has also included this in combat scenes in the use of weapons or defenses. The story has gone over some history but it's been here and there for me, this is probably not what most people will think, it's just what I personally would prefer a bit more in this one specific aspect. Can't help it I'm needy. More I have to read of this the better. Total: 5 out of 5 in each category until further notice. It's definitely caught my eye and I'm now paying attention to it's uploads. Very enjoyable read that makes me want more. To see what's coming next.Final Verdict will be given when the author reaches 1,000 chapters or the novel is otherwise abandoned.
I think it's pretty good. The one gripe I have is your comma splices and unending single sentences. I think using grammarly might help with that.
