Wow! Reading this, high five to the MC. She’s so amazing. She embodies INDEPENDENCE AND DECISIVENESS. A fantastic female character. Just so impressive!
Romance isn’t the focus here. It’s all about the MC’s GROWTH as a person—learning to love oneself first. It’s incredibly refreshing. Her principles are:
- When it comes to a romantic partner: "With or without you, I can survive and be successful."
- When it comes to living: "To live and achieve my goals, I’ll do it with my own strength. I can do it, so I will."
So yeah... It’s SO GREAT!
This novel is brimming with lightweight, fluffy content, particularly towards the latter sections. As I progressed, I found myself smiling involuntarily, almost without effort, until the very end. Although it does incorporate some intrigue and sorrow, the author tactfully keeps death to a minimum, ensuring a sense of realism while maintaining a soothing and heartwarming tone. It's an ideal pick for readers seeking a break from the constant battles and intense plotlines found in other stories.
While the main character's smooth journey may initially seem off-putting, given her strong foundation from the beginning, it can be attributed to her past life's divine compensation, which she occasionally ponders. The novel balances well between romance and a lighter touch, making it a delightful escape when one needs a change of pace.
I want to see a silly conversation between Yuder and Kishiar in his quarters about how he should smile more since his expressionless face seems to be scaring everyone unnecessarily. Kishiar telling him to demonstrate several smiles (failure), than asking Yuder how he would smile when he thinks of him. Yuder proceeds to show Kishiar the most pure and beautiful and warm smile ever, that leaves him stunned and speechless, and finally he puts him on his lap, hugs him and covers him with kisses under the confused but compliant gaze of Yuder.
I've had enough of this! Do you understand what they call a 'punching bag' main character? Someone who eagerly takes on masochistic tasks and relishes getting beaten? A character who doesn't even defend themselves verbally, let alone physically? It's a prime example right here!
For goodness' sake, if they don't like it, they should voice their opinion directly! It baffles me that some readers find this appealing. I've read over 40 chapters now, and the main character remains a doormat. No more! I'm done with this.
