I need to talk about this one moment because it wrecked me in the best way. After everything - the time travel, the poisoning, the betrayal, the constant paranoia about Zeng Fugui coming for revenge - Zeng Yan finally gets a good night's sleep. The author writes it so simply: 'Finally, with a place of her own, Zeng Yan had the first good, solid sleep she'd had since she time-traveled.' That's it. Three sentences. But it carries so much emotional weight. Because for someone who's been running on adrenaline and fear, sleep isn't just rest - it's proof that she's safe. And the morning after? She wakes up before 5 AM, checks the recording, breathes a sigh of relief when she sees no outsiders. This tiny moment of peace is huge because it shows how much she's been carrying. Then there's the shopping spree. She finally has money - 15,092 yuan of pure profit - and what does she do? She buys cotton underwear. Face wash. Shampoo. Sunscreen. Body lotion. Vitamins. It sounds silly on the surface, but read it again. This is a girl who's been malnourished, who's been using sulfur soap that makes her hair spiky, who's been wearing threadbare pants. She's not buying luxury - she's buying dignity. She's buying the basic human right to feel clean and comfortable in her own skin. And when she hums a song while showering, when she applies body lotion and a face mask, when she eats toast with butter and blueberries and fresh oranges - these aren't just details. They're acts of self-care that she never had before. The emotional arc here isn't about romance or dramatic revelations. It's about a girl who spent her first life suffering and is now, in this second chance, learning that she deserves nice things. The abalone discovery adds another layer - she's not just surviving, she's thriving. She's planning for the future, keeping the best for herself, thinking about what to cook for her live stream. There's a warmth to these moments that makes the whole story feel hopeful rather than just strategic.
so your using anime ( my 100 girlfriends who really really love youuuu ) style for idea!
A gripping tale of power, passion and control, The Contract Bride’s Dilemma pulls you into a world where every move is a calculated risk, and every emotion is a battle. With razor-sharp dialogue, undeniable chemistry, and a romance simmering beneath unspoken truths, this novel delivers tension, intrigue, and a slow-burn dynamic that keeps you hooked. If you love high-stakes passion and a fierce heroine unafraid to challenge a dangerously irresistible hero, this is the story you’ve been waiting for.If you enjoy it, please support my work—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
I wanna see more of Elliot! But rn. So good! Riven is hilarious, and I agree with most of the readers who say that all of us will DEFINITELYYYYY be like Riven if we transmigrate!
okay it's good story with good pace and the starting is good I almost about to read the spoiler chapter ? keep it up
I just started this novel and is a very good one
not bad. It is what it says it is, and that is a good thing.
Good job threbook is really good and like the system than other books but please keep updating this It could turn into a big master piece. ?
there needs to be more monster and beast books like this one. it blends real and fantasy together so well.
nice and interesting one I'll be reviewing it
Great read so far with very few mistakes grammar wise. World building could be expanded on but it is slowly being fleshed out. MC is kinda generic personality wise but the whole not logging out with everyone else is unique but brings about its own problems. I’m still wondering how he is paying his bills this whole time. Magic sword man is also kinda generic. Wish figh scenes were fleshed out more like in the beginning. Keep it up
it is a really good novel, mc is a zombie and does what a zombie need to do in apocalypse... that is hunting and growing stronger and no need for human feelings
