I read this story when there was no actual translation beside mtl and considering it was my first Webnovel I'm honestly not sure how I was able to read to the end lol. First 3000ish chapters are incredible the last 3000 are still pretty good but have some moments that make you wanna drop if you have low tolerance for b*llsh*t.first Webnovel I ever completed a few years back so it holds a special place for me despite its flaws.
Something that always confuses me is why is Isis’s title princess? I mean she’s a duke’s daughter not the daughter of a prince, king, or emperor. She may have royal blood in her ancestry but that would still not give her that title if her parents are a duke and duchess . And before you say it’s because she was rumored to be engaged to the Crown Prince, even Asher refers to her as princess.
It’s a fairly entertaining read in my opinion, and while it is a bit annoying at times (ahem holy sh*t the amount of plagiarizing Lucien did…) I wouldn’t say it’s trash. It’s like they’ve never read a Japanese harem novel with a “dense protagonist” before. That genre is cancer though, not trash, but regardless, the point still stands: their standards are too high. People like them are why I don’t read comments or reviews anymore on novels I am reading for the first time.

Maybe try journey of the fate destroying emperor(read at least 700 chaps if you want to drop it early on) , outside of time ( I would say up there with fang yuan at like 700 chaps), paragon of sin ( I dropped it but is good) and I guess maybe emperor domination and lastly Cryhsalis( not sure if i wrote it right and it is the goat ngl and nonhuman mc)

Even though the male lead is stupid and indecisive at first but this book becomes interesting later on. It is definitely a good book.
