In this context, she might appear somewhat overpowered (OP), but considering I recently read a story where the main character excels at everything, Ye Fan doesn't feel that out of the ordinary for me. It's a relaxing read with a blossoming romance, and I appreciate the well-balanced pacing.
I'd rate it 4 stars, mainly because the plot is rather straightforward and some characters lack depth.
So far, I've been genuinely touched by Cheng Yu's story. It's as if I'm experiencing it vicariously through the words, feeling the profound love and dedication he shows. The more I read, the more I worry about his well-being. I sincerely hope that Lin An Lan will always be by Cheng Yu's side and not hold a grudge once he regains his memories (though reviews suggest it wasn't that dramatic).

Author giving in for readers needs ? If you talking about kami and solus I didn't even smth like that existed I only knew about it after I finished reading and I don't know where is that hate coming from kami is a good character and I like her I even was happy after their marriage and daughter I think solus relationship is really weird and I can't see it as intimate

This is so disappointing. The story is already subpar. The plotline is messy. I mean literally. The FL would rather leave her son than join the harem and protect him. Thats still ok. But then if thats the case, thats no different from abandoning ur son no? She should have just remarry and not look for him. At least the crown price would have chosen a crown princess and let her raise his son. But with the biological mom in the picture, that cant happen anymore. And she openly insults the royal family without a care even if it implicates her entire family. What arrogance and pride she has. And in the very beginning, it was her foster parents who cajoled him into marrying her taking advantage of his plight. She is insolent, arrogant and too prideful its too ugly.

One of the many very best fantasy novels that I have read, it's got good characters fleshed out, the world is fleshed out as well to a decently big amount, the way abilities & powers work also are well executed.
It's not just a simple action only novel, nor one that heavily focuses on something & leaves the previous stuff shown & mentioned in the background. If stuff is left it's not left for long & actually has an in-story reason for it.
It has action, amusing interactions between characters, it has good power growth & character growth, it has mysteries waiting to be solved that keeps you entertained & excited for more while keeping you guessing; it's not overly hard to guess what may happen but it's definitely not easy if you don't often read novels or fics that have mysteries in them, but trust me if author wanted he could definitely make it more difficult than it already is.
