Please dear author, write a second book or an epilog in this story, the ending is do rushed and left open
I really enjoyed the story but would also like a more explained ending
I love this! Very intriguing.
When will you finish The Lycan kings slave
Nicely written
You can identify how much effort and love has been put in every words by the author.
Damn a beautiful book after a long long time. The coffee scene in chapter 9 made me realize that I am not the only woman in the whole world.........
Between, left a comment in chap 9. As an author I miss all chapter comments. So wanted to mention them.
How about give us an option to buy future chapters faster.
Hooking characters and relatable storyline.... one of my favourite books. love it! ...️
Okay so this section absolutely DELIVERS on plot twists. Let me just say that first. The talisman burning into black mist? That is such a clean reveal. The Retired Emperor's severe illness wasn't natural at all—it was foul play. And the way Jiang Yunxi handled it, calm as anything, performing the hand seal right there in front of everyone? Chef's kiss. But the real plot bombshell is the children. Six years ago, one night, dragon and phoenix twins. Prince Han's kids. And she just... drops this on the Retired Emperor like it's no big deal. The man was bedridden and she walks in with TWO CHILDREN and a business proposal. "We can raise the children together, but otherwise, we have nothing to do with each other." I SCREAMED. That is not a woman looking for a husband, that is a woman looking for a co-parent and a exit strategy. And then the Yingguo Gongfu return? Jiang Chenyu's suicide attempt on day one? That's not a misunderstanding, that's a power play. Jiang Yunxi sees right through it and calls it out immediately. "Anyone unaware would think I drove her to it. This is an attempt to disgrace me." The plot is moving FAST and it's not wasting a single beat.
Original Text:
"Edit: This one has really annoyed me. It's been 30 chapters since my last review, and honestly, I've decided to drop the series. The story went from promising to excessive praise for the main character. If you give it a read, you'll see exactly what I mean. Downgrading to 2 stars, and I won't be revisiting it."
Rewritten:
"After reviewing around chapter 7, I had high hopes that it might turn out well. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. The series has become increasingly frustrating, as the protagonist has been overly idealized over the past 30 chapters. Reading it yourself would clarify my concerns. I'm giving it a 2-star rating and won't be reading any further."
