Good story, but ruined by the translation. They got all the measurement wrong!I have seen it before already but this makes the story almost unreadable. For example: Chapter 81RAW: "有一丈八尺长,足足有她四个身高" FACTS: 一丈八尺 = 6 METER! 四个身高 = 4 times her height. TRANSLATION: eighty-foot-long, thirty times taller than the girlTHIS IS NOT TRANSLATION! This is translator ruining the story. TRANSLATION IS TERRIBLE!!! I have seen it multiple times, All the translated measurement are all wrong!!! all exaggerated, when in raw it seems normal.
There is Zhang, Ye, Wang, and then there's Victor. Just seeing the name makes my blood pressure rise. It breaks my immersion every time. If it's about the racism, then there's no need to change the MC's name since the world is Chinese themed in the first place.

Spoiler: Beautiful woman enemies never die. You will recognize it, when woman described with a lot of sentences and her annoying behavior others would have long died for by others or the MC. Becomes a pattern when the next beauty came with ill intents you already know she will survive, not a man though. Won't even surprise you. Kind of ***ist I think. I wonder why feminists didn't rant about equal rights to death. Or maybe just the skin color, Chinese fetish is the wall white whiter than white skin , maybe it is a plot armor for both enemies and allies. If a person is not snow white, that person is not a beauty. Once I read MC don't relies on luck, It is a lie. MC has a thick plot armor, but a badass too and funny.So good read, usual ,cultivators kill people for the slightest offense because they can or for greed. Maybe it is an artistic way of storytelling how life is wasted in killing as before they desperately cultivated for centuries just to easily die for almost no reason . Except beauties.Cultivators have no honor at all or shame. Desperate to reach immortality and when they reach no quality change happens beside becoming stronger The usual stuff.I read an epub version.
