At first i thought it was trash because i watched anime with really bad drawing but after reading it i understood that this novel is really diamond one.You just need to give it a chance.
A very interesting take on the reincarnation plot device. I found myself enjoying every chapter as there were many surprises on the way. The author brings up many interesting points and the look into what plant cultivation may be like is also very fresh and new.
The story features many likeable characters, from Elanor to Laurel, from John to Joe. You'll find yourself smiling warmly at the antics of the 'hill friends'.
The comedy is not laugh out loud funny, it may appeal to others more as everyone has a different sense of humour. However that does not mean I did not find it entertaining, I found myself finding many sentences quite humorous, I would say it was on the verge of making me giggle like a little school girl but not laughing out like a crazed hyena. Yet again, it may be different for others. For me, the comedy was not the strong point of this novel, but how interesting and creative it was, I found myself reading each chapter and becoming increasingly interested in the cultivation system and the world in general, some questions are answered and some are not, this makes a good balance of mysteriousness.
The quality of writing is very decent, the only problem that the author suffers from is the lack of commas in some places, I read quite fast and I sometimes became confused for a second when a sentence changed topics. Other than this, everything else about the literacy quality is great and there are little to no problems to be found.
In conclusion, this is a novel that I will constantly keep coming back to as long as the Author keeps on writing, unfortunately this novel is not getting the full attention it deserves as evidenced by the low number of comments on each chapter, but I feel that as long as the Author keeps this up, this may very well change. Which I hope it does as this story is quite entertaining.

so after like chapter 7 there are alot of time skips and sporadic gaps in the story. simply making the story way to fast pace to keep track of the story's concept has alot of potential, but to many gaps.

Awesome. A rare gem. Love it. There aren't many novels of such quality. Maybe it is my own ignorance, but I have not read cultivation novels where the MC has children and has great interaction with them. In Coiling Dragon MC had children but he didn't interact with them much.
A novel in my top list. Its different from what i have read before. Translation quality is the best one can offer, the flow is smooth, no errors. The story is awesome, sometime illogical though. However the world building is real bad or pretty much non existence. Character is classic OP MC with bunch of girl drool over him.
Just gonna give this 5 stars to bring its rating back up. In actuality, this is more of a 4-star novel, but it's bull**** that this has a 3.9 on QI when other novels with a garbage rating on Novel Updates consistently have a 4.0+ here. PROTIP check NU for more accurate novel scores.
Review wise this is another interesting thief-character VRMMORPG story so if that's your jam then this is another good addition to your reading list.
Don't know what some people are complaining about, they're probably just triggered WoW fanboys, I have almost no knowledge of WoW and found no logical errors or anything that detrimental to the story. It might not make sense from a WoW fanboy standpoint, but if you take this story as its own universe I think you'll find the content enjoyable.
I'm not gonna say that this is a masterpiece but it's definitively deserve some love, i think most people just get discourages at the begining relationship that the mc have, but it get better and a lot of peolple gonna miss some of the most heartwarming relationship that i ever read wich is a shame
a month has passed without updating the translator if he has problems should give the story to someone else who can translate instead of leaving the translation on pause without notice. (sorry if I wrote it wrong I use google translate)
