Great book so far! I would give gems if it was possible
Loved the story it's so exciting, I was always holding my breath, can't wait to read the sequel (part 2).
Thus Book is insanely addicted. It's my first reading a story without the same boring plot for revenge. I have to say, all the characters are insanely crazy, cute, and funny sometimes. I've never seen a crazy and adorable female lead as Marlie who can come up with crazy ideas for revenge. Lol
Wow, can't seem to get enough of this book ... it's so intriguing.
very nice story
This section is a masterclass in pacing control, and I want to break down why it works so well. It starts SLOW. Song Enya arriving at the villa, exploring the rooms, collapsing onto her bed. Days pass. She works night shifts until 2 AM. Han Shixu notices but never approaches. This is deliberate—the author is making us feel the weight of time, the exhaustion, the quiet endurance. I actually felt her fatigue just reading about it. Then we cut to the school. The pace picks up immediately. Cars arriving, greetings exchanged, the Yin-Jing confrontation happening in real time. Within paragraphs, we're at full speed. But here's what's brilliant: the author doesn't just accelerate. They create RHYTHM. The classroom scene with Zhao Yupeng bullying He Zhiyuan is slow and uncomfortable—you want to skip ahead, but you can't. Then Pei Jize enters and the energy shifts completely. The banner presentation is almost comedic, a release of tension. The students crowd around Jing Yuanxi with questions—light, bubbly, almost normal. And then—next day. A sharp scream. Students frozen. The video playing. The slap. The wrist grab. Cut to black. The structure is: quiet oppression → social confrontation → comedic relief → horror → explosive action → cliffhanger. That's not accidental. That's someone who understands exactly how to manipulate a reader's pulse.
This story is nice from the beginning but when it getting to the end it becomes nonsense. I no longer understand what I have been reading for months now. This is very annoying
I have been reading books with GoodNovel s for two to three years and today I lost all my progress. How do I get it back
