- Another run-on sentence. This paragraph should be three sentences at least, but because the author doesn't know English... it's two sentences. The first paragraph of this chapter had a lot of short sentences so I thought something was wrong. The author needs to know what a sentence is before they attempt to write their story. The plot isn't bad, the bad writing and stupid protagonist is ruining the idea.

I look up for a moment, my vision foggy from the tears. The knocking had stopped and it was quiet, no noise was heard. I put my hands down from my head, looking around. I think it's safe so I start to get up, looking around. The aura of the room was dark, making me shiver. Turning around to look at the bathtub to check for anything, I notice a small hand appearing in the faucet of the tub, slowly crawling out. The hand became bigger, making the faucet bend. It then reaches out to me, a loud shriek coming from nowhere.
He went to the river bed, to a secluded spot near the shore, which was a favorite site of both the brothers, and wept. Tears wailed down profusely in anger and sorrow; sorrow for his elder brother who had left him behind, anger at his own situation, weighed down with the responsibilities that were meant to be his brother's. Dev was pampered as the younger son of the house, and Akash had always fulfilled his demands without question or demur.
