MC has no backbone and sometimes is the smartest person around and then they are the dumbest person who can't understand anything. The only things the MC's friends do is yell at him nonstop, act superior to him, blame him for things they did, and never take into consideration what he wants to do.
This book needs to updated faster, completely underrated right now. Even if the mc starts off explosively unlike most weak to strong vrmmo's, author does a great job keeping you interested

Well, I don't know if there are a lot of stories about Esports, and to be honest what I usualy read that has anything to do with gaming are stories like Shield hero or overlord that has rpg elements.So this is my first time reading something like this, and truth be told I loved it, for how original and difrent it is! Well review time! First the setting, really original it takes, for me the hat with how difrent it is, and how it aproaches the concept where usualy it's "you died, you go to the world of the game" or "life is bad, you go to the world of the game" but we don't get that here, this is about a gamer, that gets a second chance to either change his life or do it all again so he can finally become the best!This brings us to the MC, Yu Pengaki, and to be honest in the first few chapters, I felt for him and man it was too relatable, and after reading all the chapters, I can't wait to see what will happen next!Now the writting it's really good, no mistakes whatsoever, the way everything is described is really well done, with props to the moments where Yu is playing, reminds me of my days playing league.Now to warp it all up, you can see that the author has put a lot of love and effort into this story and we can see his love for these type of games! So to everyone that loves video games like League of Legends or Dota, give this a go you won't regret it! As for me I will keep a close look on this one here! P.S: If this all sounds too vague it's on purpose as I want you to read this story.P.P.S: And now thanks to it, I also want to play Legue again...

Review time, 7 chapters. (For those who need it)I am honestly disappointed. The sypnosis seem interesting and well, it kinda disappointed me.Like the sypnosis said, the mc needs to create wonders. But it's just blueprints from the system. It automatically create auspicious effects. The only people who believe in it are his own sect disciples so there is no actual story behind everything.All what the mc need is materials and the system will create effects for the wonder he creates. Then because the disciples believe in him, the mc gains the abilities in the said wonder. This is my favorite novel but it's always driven me crazy at the slow translation progress. Thank the lord for whoever picked it up after the new years! Hooray!Anyways, the review! This lives up to it's title. It's more like a diary of the life of a cultivator. Sometimes it can be slow and plodding, but I love it. There's always something going on, even if it's just detailing the progress that has been made in his cultivation or the future plans. The beginning arc is spectacular, it's a slow burn and the first boss battle is downright amazing. The story continues in that manner, there's a lot of slow burn and then huge epic confrontations.Another thing people may not like, but I love is the main character is cunning and focused. He doesn't care about face or getting offended. His goal is to become an immortal. To be more powerful than anyone else. It's like the times when you were a kid and you had to eventually realize that words can't hurt you. Blowing your top over essentially nothing is only going to get you in trouble. The main character here knows this and doesn't waste his time and energy on nonsense. This also creates less of an exciting adventure at times but its far more true to his character and good decision making.Regrettably, its hard for him to form relationships with others, but again... its more of a truth of their world. If you can barely escape with your life and end up surrounded by strangers eager to take advantage of you, it can be difficult to put your neck out there. I quite love this novel though, it's not just a foolhardy idiot who can't take the smallest insult running into silk pants young masters and the arrogant sect leaders. He doesn't take it upon himself to right every injustice in the world and then somehow triumph over them with his ridiculously powerful abilities. He doesn't just stumble upon heaven defying luck over and over again and gain endless opportunities. Obviously, he does have a cheat, but if he didn't then why would he be the main character of the novel?

Now this is what i call a Good Novel.First lets talk about about the Main Character he is Smart and Decisive that's already a plus right there and another one is he has his priorities straight goddamn it, im sick and tired of mc's getting distracted every little thing that shows up in front of them.now for the world itself admittedly i don't know much because i just binged the 60 chapters but so far the side characters are unraveling the the power system and factions quite naturally? or at least i think they by informing the MC and the viewer at the same time so take that as you will.i guess the only minor plot hole at least to me that could happen later on to the story would the reaction of the game developers to the MC's quick rise to power, As with most novels of this type or at least those that i have read is that they will either brush it off or just ignore it all together but then again how can you realistically explain how a dev group could make an a game with abnormally advance AI that could react to whatever the player is doing in their own way so yeah.Conclusion = all in all a solid novel to waste some time and enjoy and once you get hooked on it make a 180 turn as you see this site pick some shitty novel over the other less shitty novels.And that's about it Stay safe you pieces of shit
I love these kinds of novels. When the MC is either a demon, monster, or a monster tamer, I tend to read and like it. Charms of Soul Pets is an example.
