Page chapter scene repeats. . ?
This novel is truly exceptional in every aspect; far from the usual harem clichés, it offers a profound and intricately crafted story brimming with multi-dimensional characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The emotional depth was so compelling that at one point, I couldn't help but shed tears from sheer enjoyment. I highly recommend giving it a read – once you start, you won't be able to put it down. Give it a try, and I promise you won't regret it ❤️.
It's rather monotonous. The story arc felt excessively drawn out. The main character (MC) and the love interest (ML) met in the very first chapter, with the ML instantly falling for the MC. He then insisted on bringing her to live with him. There aren't many compelling conflicts or obstacles, yet the story drags on for an astonishing 24 chapters (and likely even more to come), which makes it quite tedious.
I genuinely struggle to assign a rating higher than 3 stars to novels I abandon, yet a 3 feels like overkill. The primary reason I started reading was for the concept of switched at birth, but unfortunately, the story leans heavily towards entertainment rather than focusing on that aspect. Normally, I'd search for those kinds of plots, but I simply couldn't muster the interest.
The pacing is dreadfully slow, and there's nothing compelling to keep me engaged. Even though I appreciate sweet moments, the constant presence of the child's scenes that feel irrelevant amidst bland MC interactions becomes grating. Despite having two intriguing elements - entertainment and the switched at birth plot - the sheer boredom throughout the 100+ chapters renders it unenjoyable. I found myself needing to read another book just to avoid boredom, but ultimately, I've lost interest and decided to call it quits.
okay i will try????
I remember I read this years ago before it was even completed. I found it when trying to find novels similar to Solo Leveling and I still have a soft spot for tower-themed novels to this day because of this novel. Just the feeling of nostalgia makes me want to read it again someday.
I think it was dropped since author is already dead my friend told me
