.... Ya not wasting my time with a book with so many fake reviews. Just shows that its overall bad. And reading the comment that give it low stars show you that the story just dumb really.. Oh well another story only put on here for money. Yaya......
I’m in love with this novel! It’s a very relaxing read with chill and immaculate vibes. It has no big villain or overarching plot, not plot twists.Just a story about a Taoist priest living life with a bunch of cute animals while broadcasting to the world.10/10
This author is really something. Both his works from the trial read are nicely written and interesting. For this novel, both the concept and the goal of system are unique. I just couldn't understand how would the MC build the spaceship by himself, but... that's the matter for another day right? I bet all the audience would have aneurysm and die when he starts building the spaceship haha.
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
The sino**is is useless... I don't know what the story look like, but i hope it's gonna be well. And, why i think i never see this novel on the votes place?
Phenomenal! I drank the story with how well it flowed! Great plot, great characters, amazing scenes, and great concept! I enjoyed it heavily. I am just sad that I didn’t discover this later so I could’ve binged it.
I'm really enjoying reading this novel, except that the story progressing very slowly. But anyway this a one of the best novel I've ever read. and I want to ask, how can I join the discord ???
I'm loving this. I hope Damien and Sierra have a happy after.
The structure of these chapters is really clever, and I want to highlight how the author uses a single meal as the anchor for everything. We open with an intimate, quiet scene — Mingtang feeding her recovering mother. Very slow, very tender. Then the wind changes, the brother arrives with a chicken, and suddenly the father brings home this mysterious guest. The pacing accelerates naturally, like real life does when unexpected visitors show up. But here's what I love: the author doesn't rush the reveal. Gongsun Sheng says he's poor, we believe it for a while, and then the silver drops. That's a structural pivot — everything about how we've been reading this scene up to that point gets recontextualized. He wasn't being humble; he was being discreet. And Mingtang wasn't feeling guilty about accepting help from someone worse off; she was about to receive something far more significant. Then the meal itself becomes this wonderful extended sequence where the pacing slows right back down. Gongsun Sheng's stomach rumbles, he devours the steamed eggs, he discovers the ginseng, he's offered rice cakes — each course is a mini-beat that keeps us engaged without any action scenes or plot twists. The author trusts that food and conversation are enough to hold attention, and honestly? It works. The chapter ends on that note of warmth and fullness, which is the perfect emotional landing after all the tension of the family's financial situation.
Two smart people playing a game with each other. I love it
Binge read this and I love it. Ms Karima you did it again, something different, unique and unpredictable, complex situation and emotions. It kept me guessing and waiting to see what is next. I can't wait to see how the story unfolds. More updates please.
I really really am waiting to see what Dante's romantic life will be like
