Author needs to do more research on military service, weapons, tactics and just everything. This story seems like he watched some 90's GI Joe kids cartoon and thought that was all the research he needed.

I’ve long known that this day would come, just... didn’t expect it to come so fast (that’s what she said, lol). Right around when “sign-in” novels were increasing, with how Webnovel does things usually, wouldn’t be surprised if I see Sign-in Buddha’s Palm here in trial read someday... and here it is, with a new name slapped on top of it. I swear to god, does Webnovel think of us as idiots? Do they think that just because they gave it another name that we wouldn’t recognize it’s SiBP? The NERVE!!!
Overall it's an amazing story set in ancient china involving romcom moments between mc, female lead and complications arising due to their hidden identities but this story is not simply a comedic skit as it is set in serious background and rise and fall of Empire and cultivation societies thereby involving many mysteries.Personally i really loved the package ?

What can I say this is getting a 5 stars from me as it is my favourite type of genre and has a lot of my favourite aspects to read in a novel, you have me hooked to see where this novel leads I will be here for the long run keep them coming Amanasci
I really really want to like this novel. It is well written and the characters aren't too bland even though they don't matter at all in the next arc.But there are some key problems that make it impossible:1. The second short story (simulated life) within this novel is a festival of cliques and not interesting at all.2. Face slapping is a sport and while the MC doesn't always take the first opportunity to do it, it will always happen in the end.3. There is no red line, no overarching goal for the MC to achieve.4. The system by itself is reducing any stakes to almost nothing. I don't mean for the author to add something stupid like, immediate death or destruction of the soul, but there could at least be monetary losses or some kind of debuffs. 5. The author drags on and on about unimportant stuff, skipping chapters is sometimes the only way to still gain a modicum of enjoyment.
