What can I say? Jane Doe has done it again! A beautiful compelling suspenseful romantasy with all the things I love! It’s not even completed but I can’t wait for more! Dark mysterious alluring witch/werewolves with sexy compelling characters that draw you in and make you drool!
The storyline is solid and the main character is compelling, but after 69 chapters, all I've experienced is pain and sorrow. This isn't my preferred genre, but I understand everyone has their tastes. I would have appreciated a plot twist with revenge, a journey to happiness, or perhaps an introspective narrative about the MC's strength and resilience. Unfortunately, those elements were scarce, with only a few brief moments of positivity amidst the heavy themes.
If you seek a somber or reflective story, "Peaches at Dusk" is a fantastic choice, and the translation is well done. However, if you're looking for a more uplifting read filled with positive emotions, you might want to explore other titles and save this one for a more contemplative mood.
I'm uncertain. Initially, I had certain expectations from Rio and the theme of 'revenge,' but... Rio is a young man from a slum, consumed by the desire for vengeance against the criminals who raped and murdered his mother, not after his father's passing.
In another narrative, Amakawa Haruto, coping with his own personal struggles, ventures from another world only to tragically die in a car accident.
