I was searching a chinese power fantasy to switch off my brain and read but i found this gem. I truly did not expect such a good novel to exist. It has neither too much harem/romance or faceslapping it has the just right amount and although after ch 850 it would feel rushed but the author clearly tied everything. Until ch 850-870 it is a masterpiece and after ch 850-870 it is still a good novel.

Some typos at the start but the story so far for me is top and I can see he or she is tryings lots. Never seen something like this, the character isn't emo and is pretty funny after he gets his emotions back. AND ITS NOT EXTRA DRAMATIC... love the work author keep it up!
The book is worth it, the story has the potential I hope the story won't end soon. looking forward for more chapters, I'll never gonna drop this story and will read it till the end.
As a new reader, i appreciate that the writer wrote small chapters at first, so that we dont feel burdened when reading it. He also maintained the pace really nicely.
I highly recommend this novel I think its going to be one of the best dark fantasies in the whole time I love the writing style and can't wait for the new chapter
The main thing that you should note about this novel is that the main character is an idiot, not only is he an idiot but he gets progressively dumber as the novel goes on.
Now don’t get me wrong I like this novel quite a bit, I’ll always enjoy a good dungeon society/ skill stealing story but the main character is what one would call a battle junky with a bad habit of practically announcing that he has cheat like abilities to everyone and their grandmother.
I’d give the world and overall story 5/5
But character design / development is a -3/5 for me.
I come here every once in a while, just out of pure curiosity or perhaps out of nostalgia, to see whether this story is being continued or not.I am disappointed each time and left to ponder on what is next. Maybe when I build up the courage and have the inspiration, I'll pick it up, where the author left off. Or perhaps something new. Who knows.Maybe, but only time will tell. Until then, till my next visit. Regards.
