Another novel from this suler talented author.... Always a fan of weak to storng type of story because we can see a lots of rolarcoaster type of vibe tgere and do read it and now become a fan of it....
The world background and the characters are super cool and well written story.... Hope this gonna ve a master piece for our author...
Reading up to Ch22, it is hard to read. The situation changes are abrupt. Sometimes time would pass suddenly without indication - in one paragraph it is one date, and next, it is suddenly the future. Sometimes the PoV would change abruptly. The living conditions, his location, there is no smooth transition. I have had to re-read the passages to infer things. The relationships he has (he has only 2) are unclear. The only thing that is clear is that world is strong eat the weak and he is very weak. An example, in ch22 he has some people collected outside his house (probably). There is no clear indication if they are grouped outside his door, you can infer but it is confusing.It needs some serious editing.
I haven'tread many novels yet but I like the unique conceptof the novel and I think it has a lot of potential if anyoneis reading this novel I know the first few chapters may seem like they are not that good but after a few chapters,it gets really good so give it a read.
the mc is so irritating to me i cant take it anymore im gonna drop it for now and maybe pick it back up few months laters for a second chance to me.. and i hate that he swears too much.
Wow! so much great effort put into this book, I honestly loved the first few 5 chapters I read and I'm not shameless to say I need more of this book, I need more chapters !!! Great work Author!
If your interested in the idea of this novel you might as well give it a go.
1. There are quite a few inconsistencies throughout, but are not major for the plot.
2. Heavily China supreme mindset throughout the novel, if you can’t handle having everything related to China praised and everything else demonised don’t bother with this.
3. The writing style is very simple, full of dialogue that doesn't mean much.
4. The Interactions of the MC and the system get old pretty quick and I ended up skim reading most of it. Pretty much full of BS reasoning back and fourth between them with the MC prevailing time and again.
5. The ideas behind the plot are very thought provoking and interesting, however when actually discussing the topics in the novel the author fails to properly show this. Leaving disappointed time and again.
6. I finished reading this because I enjoyed the beginning, liked the ideas and themes, but also because it was a decent novel.
If your looking for anything to read at all, read this.
If your looking for something that will leaving begging for more chapter after chapter, DON’T READ THIS, it’s just barely decent.
How can i describe it?! Annoying!!This has similarities with Dr Ling Ran. If not from the same author then this is inspired by it. Both have MCs with super low EQs. What makes this worse is the actual MC itself. Given that he is plain looking, he is basically a wallpaper. Either people ignores him or they disrespects him. And again what is worse is he has no backbone to stand for himself. This started to get glaringly obvious when the infuriating Dr Su Yun(Dr Ling Ran who knows how to use his appearance to get what he wants) gets to join his team. The author keeps on going about on every scenario how this guys looks good and ladies keeps chasing after him while the same people look daggers or ignore the pitiful MC. And this same guys cant speak to the MC w/o insulting him. MC of course, is defenseless.Enough of my rant. I am not sure if the character development of the MC is a long term plan by the author. But like I said, it got worse when Dr Su gets into the picture. I will try a few more chapters and if there's no improvement, i will drop it.
