nice story but it is intrepeted with a sequel I don't like to discontinue the story in this way. Edward is certainly in love with Emily. it's time to know about his love towards Emily. when will the sequel updated. hoping to read full story at once and not with any unwanted disturbance .

Let me just say this: the scene where Qin Yi discovers that message on Yi Bohao's phone is one of the most tense moments I've read in this novel, and I've read a lot. Here's why it works so well — the author has been building this trap since the very beginning of the business gathering. Yi Bohao 'conveniently' leaving his phone. The hostess who looks exactly like Su Xiaowan. Wu Meier appearing out of nowhere. Every element feels slightly off, slightly too convenient, and Qin Yi — smart, cautious Qin Yi — is still walking into it because he's human. He's curious. He's worried about his wife. The stakes are layered in the best possible way. On the surface, it's a business conflict — Yi Bohao wants Yiwang Group's southern district land for a thirty-billion project with fifty percent profit. But underneath that, it's personal. Yi Bohao wants Su Xiaowan. He's using Wu Meier as bait. He's setting up a scenario where Qin Yi either loses his wife or loses his company. And the worst part? Qin Yi might already be too late. What makes this conflict so gripping is that the reader knows more than Qin Yi. We see Yi Bohao's 'barely noticeable smile' when he realizes there's 'a light at the end of the tunnel.' We watch him orchestrate everything while Qin Yi is still trying to figure out whether that figure upstairs was really his wife. The dramatic irony is agonizing. And then there's the internal conflict — Qin Yi's struggle between trust and suspicion. 'He knew that trust was the foundation of a relationship. A single instance of distrust might not matter, but repeated suspicion could cause real harm.' This isn't just about whether Su Xiaowan is faithful, it's about whether Qin Yi can maintain his marriage if he becomes the kind of husband who checks every phone and questions every excuse. The conflict isn't just external — it's tearing at the foundation of everything he values.

The story is really good and I like how it goes on . Usually , in most of the stories , unnecessary drama happens continuously making the book less interesting . I like how the author balances the drama with the happiness of the characters . A nice story
