pretty overestimated. mc is just a young master with plot armor, being arrogant with seemingly nothing to back that arrogance and other young masters come at him just to get face slapped. every pretty girl in academy is interested in him and with every pretty girl comes another young master. i dont get the love his brother is getting here either... he just feels like a dog that can do anything on command. if mc tells him to sit he sits, if he says lets go he comes behind the mc.
writing is superb, a little bit slow pace, interesting characters, updating : no comment, background is good. waiting for more chaptersssss. please pick this up.thank you author.

Honestly, the writing is bad at best. The grammar is lacking, and reads like a bad mtl. The characters are as 1-dimensional as they get - even cultivation novels have better written characters. The world basically accepts that the Mc has absurd skills and bends to his whim, making the Mc a definitional Mary Sue, and a badly written one. Would not recommend.

Then it escalates to the Dahua/Wang Erwazi gossip, and by the time they're in the cornfield, the whole family is walking on eggshells, waiting for her next thought to drop. The subplot about the breakfast business and pig farming isn't just random — it's the author's way of showing how the family's desperation to change their fate mirrors their desperation to understand Jin Miao. Every business idea they get from her thoughts is a step toward redemption. But here's what got me: Jin Miao deliberately withholds information. She has all these business ideas (pancakes, youtiao, the whole breakfast empire) but she's like, "Nah, I'd rather lie around." That's not laziness — that's a woman who spent her past life giving everything and got nothing back. The plot doesn't just move forward; it moves with emotional weight behind every decision.
