Solid translation, and a decent start, but it got really boring for me with the introduction of supernatural elements. I wanted to see the troubles and tribulations of a guy with so much power he does not know what to do with it.
This is the first novel that I have read from this site that I ever gave full marks for. The reason - ITS JUST DARN GOOD, from beginning to present, you can associate with or empathise with all the characters epecially the MC - Jake. Baseball is not played in my country and yet I am learning so much about the sport, which I originally find boring as I am not a fan of long sports -7-12 innings but I am somewhat appreciating. This is a genre I rarely read about in novel format, manga - yes, anime - now and then. This story has potential to go for the long haul as the starting age for our hero is 14 with the chance to grow with himself, the sport as well as with those around him in years to come. That's right - this story has "years" potential as long as the author keeps doing such amazing writing.For those who want to read a story that is just real and is not just about the sport but about life, its lessons and the people. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE NOVEL FOR YOU. Very good work author. Hope more people will continue to notice it.
This novel is one of the two novels that have somewhat famous authors. This is the worse of the two. From the author of the very stressful to read "Pocket Hunting Dimension" we get this novel. This fuses Lu Ze's little cheat with Super Gene's power system so if ur into that then enjoy. For those wondering if I would rank this novel from all the novels of this batch I'd say its 4th out 6.
The writing is terrible. As in: the flow of sentences and concepts, the narration, the plot, the world structure. Its all a loose collection of borrowed "good" ideas that conflict, cancel each other out, and decompose resulting in one garbage story. The only plus side is translator didn't manage to fail English grammar.
Unique A must read story.

This book is my favorite from all the series. Leo and Azura are best together they are a true love story they fought for what they wanted and conquer a lot together also. They proof that anything is possible. To the Queen Muse all I can said is that your are brilliant writer and I love your books.
