?Have Faith in Lord Thief, Gain Eternal Wealth, When Lord Thief Steals, Who Dares to Deny? ?
Another one. This is like those korean k dramas where the mc is a martial artist, gets a job and just can't fit in. There was a guy who was writing things about his uncle being in the army and how he had a bad time adapting. Well, this is going to be harsh, but your uncle probably isn't the same level of genius as the mc here. The mc is a genius only when the author wants it. I don't know if I offend someone but I think even if people are in the army they have common sense. I am not in the army but I can tell that it's not always training and people converse with each other too. If you have read some novels like beauty and the bodyguard you can find 60% things that are similar to that novel here. But keep going.
the grammar is really hard to get past. .
I don't know if it gets better latter but at least for around 60 chapters The MC is so stupid that I feel as if only someone who is less 10 year old or a complete Idiot can be less inteligent then him.?
This is such a wonderful book please add more exciting chapters
Trash novel, dropped. Mc is reckless and does dumb stuff only to be saved by plot armor multiple times in his first outing... Not worth continuing
amazingly beautiful interesting stories, just hope u continue sharingbur stories, love it, God Bless
another great book by author... Just love the way the author portrays the story ...️...️...️
keep writing, I like your story
Okay, so the dialogue in this book is interesting because our protagonist can't actually speak. He's a baby. So all the 'dialogue' is either internal monologue or other people talking ABOUT him or TO him. And somehow, the author makes this work brilliantly. Yong Cheng'an's internal voice is distinct—he's sarcastic, pragmatic, and occasionally amused by the absurdity of his situation. When he thinks about the milk tasting bitter and realizes it's because the medicine was given to the wet nurse, not the milk itself? That's sharp, observant thinking from a character who's been through life before. His voice feels like someone who's learned to read a room, even when he's just lying there as an infant. The Emperor's dialogue is warm and slightly narcissistic. 'My Crown Prince is truly clever, recognizing people right after birth!' and then laughing about it. That's a man who loves his son but also loves hearing himself be a good father. It's human and funny. The courtiers' dialogue is full of flattery—Xie Xinghuai subtly suggesting the Crown Prince decree is coming soon, praising the baby's future handsomeness. These voices feel distinct from each other. The Empress is gentle and affectionate. Chen Fu the eunuch is efficient and formal. Even in a limited cast, each character has a recognizable way of speaking. And the humor! When Yong Cheng'an knocks over the milk bowl because he's trying to see the Xie father and son, and the Emperor just laughs and says 'Or do you think, in your heart, that I am someone who would hold a grudge against an infant?' That's comedy gold delivered through dialogue.
I enjoyed this story. I'm glad you didnt drag it out with 20 people coming out of the wood work to mess things up. Really well done.
