Once the Chef said that and Flint sat down behind the kitchen table, where kitchen workers usually eat. The Chef started cooking, you could see how he picked high protein concentrated ingredients and stuff that could provide a boost in energy. It took him around fifteen minutes to get a breakfast going and giving it to Flint. After providing breakfast to Flint, the Chef started cooking the food for him to take to the gym.
