If I have to be sincere, I read this novel till the end thanks to the characters around the MC... his friends, his teacher/master, his lover. As for the MC and the plot development? I felt disappointed and betrayed many times. The novel is well written with even the 'power-level' being well balanced. Sadly, I read and closed the novel for nothing more but curiosity and hope that the author won't mess or kill with the characters I so much loved in the story.The novel itself starts very slow-paced, but that is rather refreshing. The author knows well how to write the everyday events, training routine, common and funny days, etc.The first marking event of the novel that makes the MC completely abandon his 'home' in midst of the loss of his loved ones is what annoyed me from the start. How I can say... gave me that, "Oh~how convenient" vibe? That was the first forced part that I felt, and sadly many more appeared.The MC is TOO slow in maturing. We reach a point of the novel where he despite being aware of the dangers and 'loving' his friend and family, time and time again bought them to danger that could be avoided by chasing in the future when he was stronger (after all, the MC is aware of his own genius).Strangely, while he always ignores this act of neglecting his loved ones, he always breaks with random people or those that wanted to harm, r*ape or kill his family and friends. Of course, the character regretting or hesitating to kill a person is normal, but... the author messed so much with the forced events that he felt 'necessary', that the MC becomes something hateful, at the very least, for me.Concluding, is an amazing and complete story, but with adevelopment and ending that made me hate the novel even while living the characters.

The story has an inviting synopsis, and the first two chapters were captivating, although there are some places I feel like the writer didn't adequately elucidate for the right perceptibility, I do like the writer's creativity l just feel that the writer should seek out more of that originality.
Seems to be a good novel. But not my taste. I found nothing original in the plot. Mc's incessant screaming and reactions and those capitalized words kinda put me off. I don't know why but something just feels off about this novel. I just felt like skimming through chapters without actual reading in details.
I just thought you should know that I love your writing and that you are doing a great job with the way the story is going. you probally wont read this but if you do I just thought it would make sense if you used Egyptian mythology for any lind of animal people or beast people because the Egyptian gods have animal parts and they would be royalty in that kingdom.
I've read 60+ chapters. I'm just uncomfortable with characters that have this much class, they're all so "Sophisticated." I can't relate. Like there's a fine line between a gentleman and a nerd with money showing off to attract more so...
After reading similar xianxia plot all over again, I realize why I like reading story like Dragon King's son in law. The plot is overused. The Chinese authors should learn from sovereign of judgement author.
This is one of my all-time-favorite chinese novels! I've been reading this since 3 years ago (before QI licensed this). That time there's only 200+ ch then it got stopped all of a sudden when I'm starting to get hooked. I mtl-ed up to 900+ ch because this novel is really good - I endured headaches, nosebleed and even my grammar level plummeted to a certain degree (can you feel my pain?!(╥﹏╥)). Then I stopped mtl-ing coz I've got news that QI resumes translating this (that got me sooo happy!(~‾▿‾)~) but then they started tl-ing this from scratch so i have to wait. And now, I have to wait again.ತ_ʖತP.S.: I'm contemplating to read the raws again but I already forgot the names in mtl. It's been years. lol.Please start translating again.
I don't understand person talking its unique. If you compare it with current trash. It's actually good but it's still copy of novels from before. There were few novels with such cheat. Charging system with money and getting stronger. Currently, I don't feel much about this story. Many things are cliche. Considering its standing out to other trash. I feel like it will end at 60th chapter. I will check on this later if I don't forget about it.
Timeline is all over the place, one moment hes core formation and now hes regressed to foundation establishment. Also, some things are just wholly unexplained, with bad translations on top of that
