Cute story! The second ending was definitely much better - thank you for that author! ?

I was totally invested in this book till Vlaud showed up. I understand it's all fiction but it went off the rails. I looked past the point that Malibu is not a flight from LA and isn't an Island. Being a Southern California native some stuff drove me nuts. Also, the book needs an editor.
