I can sense nationalism 10s of chapter aways just cuz of supernatural+modern china setting. But I'm still going to read it until it reach that point Cuz This is Really interesting So far.
To be honest, I loved the first few chapter but after a certain amount I started to get bored because of the consistent pattern for example he almost dies but suddenly gets strong enough to handle it. For the first few time it’s fine but if it happens consistently too fast it bores the reader.
So far the progress is not bad, the pace is slow, and you have to build a good and realistic relationship between him and his harem. I hope you don't rewrite this novel for the fourth time. Good luck...
A little slow on the flow but none the less it's still a good start to a novel. The characters are interesting and intriguing. please pick and update ???
This book keeps getting better and better I can’t stop reading it so please keep writing this book and please write the next chapters soon so I’ll be able to read it thank you??

For an ordinary person to wage war on a spy, they would first need to become a spy.For a spy to wage war on a powerful spy organization, their only option would be to join a different yet equally powerful spy organization. If they are unable to join a powerful spy organization, then they would need to establish a spy organization that could go to war with one until victory is obtained or until they perish. This is a tale about a group of ordinary people that manage to accomplish extraordinary deeds while participating in the war between spies.
This review is part of a review swap and valid as of chapter 11.I usually don't dabble in fan-fic, and for that reason what I feel might be non-standard could be perfectly normal in this specific setting. Bear that in mind whenever you read something negative I have to say.The little there is of the story reads like some 1950 style of private eye film noir, complete with voice over and everything. The setting, however, is very much today -- today in a world with demons roaming the world as cannon fodder. At chapter eleven there's already a hefty body count, but nothing much has happened. We're following a male lead who kills demons and a female one who feels bad.The writing style follows one of the worst cases of non-standard information lay-out I have ever seen, but the author is explicitly clear that this is deliberate already in the synopsis. As a reader you simply don't have the right to be negatively surprised, but you can, as I did, note that it just doesn't work for you.Dialogue reads like a script, but the feeling of talking heads remain nonetheless. There are also a few occurences where exposition and reflections get mixed up, but overall the author is very disciplined when it comes to following the created rules for information delivery.Run on sentences detract from the reading experience even if you buy into the layout of the story. So for the stars.Writing: Four stars. This is an aggregate of a five star English used and a three star visual narrative. If you accept the way the story is delivered then this is a rock solid five stars.Updates: Five stars. No discussion.Story: Five stars. I personally would prefer to give it three, but I'm simply not familiar with the story/game that this work is a derivate of. Maybe it's supposed to be like this. For that reason I choose not to bash the narrative and give it the full five stars.Character: Four stars. There's a torrent of dialogue, and there are archetypes aplenty. There is, however, very little insight into the characters. I could have shaken my head and given it five stars anyway, but I want to understand my characters. Observe that the understanding might be implicit, given that this is a fan-fic after all, but I still want to feel the characters even if I'm supposed to be familiar with them from the original works.World. Four stars. I'm applying the exact same reasoning as for character above. There is world, but not enough. I'm aware it might be an implicit understanding, even an unwritten contract between writer and reader, that I'm supposed to be familiar with it. For me that's not a good enough excuse to skimp on it.Lastly I want to remind you I'm reviewing a style of story I'm entirely unfamiliar with. My words here reflect the experience I carry with me from reading other stories.

I've read 10 chapters and I already love it. The only thing that I don't like is CV that there is no description of how Bloom looks.........
Great book. I'm a bug fan of OP MCs and this one is just perfect. I hope this gets picked. Can anyone tell me what criteria they use to pick these books? Is it based on reviews, amount read, top fans or does it have to be editor's choice?
