Interesting storyline and the characters were really amazing how they handled the situations they faced. This is a great story to read and relate to!
Honestly, I found the novel to be quite enjoyable; it met my expectations by providing a lighthearted, entertaining experience as I read through it. The title and synopsis accurately conveyed what I could expect, which was a leisurely journey with a touch of excitement.
The protagonist was portrayed admirably - cautious yet proactive in enhancing his abilities, striking a balance between prudence and calculated risks. I particularly appreciated the detailed depiction of his growth, from developing diverse techniques, formations, and Gu insects. Although the overall tone leaned towards slice-of-life, the occasional conflicts kept the story engaging and prevented it from becoming monotonous.
Character-wise, the cast may not have been extensive, but the key figures remained consistent throughout, even after a hundred or more chapters. In terms of drawbacks, I didn't have many since I went into the novel seeking a simple, fun adventure, which I indeed found. For those with high expectations, perhaps they should consider the title itself as a heads-up.

The novel was initially outstanding, but unfortunately marred by a disappointing spoiler. The ending came abruptly, leaving numerous questions unresolved, with a vague declaration that "a new story begins" (seriously?). Some speculation arises whether the author, referring to Gab Song (names will not be mentioned), might not fully connect with their protagonist.
Despite this flaw, the book remained engaging, but it left an unsatisfying aftertaste. If you have other reading options available, it might be wise to explore those first before giving this one a try.
