I read the first few chapters to see if it was something I wanted to save in my library until it was completed. I was completely sucked in and so upset when I read all 12 chapters and there weren’t more! Please please update!
I like strong women with character and being badass is an added bonus. Plus the‘twist’ in their love story is a pleasant surprise. Congratulations to the author for coming up with a new way of making the story more interesting
interesting .........
really good read. worth the time
For now, I give it a 4.5 rating, and the story truly looks promising. The premises and plot are smoothly conveyed. I can't wait to see how ML expresses his love to MC, and I'm also looking forward to the appearance of another love rival for ML. Can't wait for the next chapter!
I really enjoyed the plot and the way things are unfolding! I did cover my face a bit at how dense Ruth can be, but that’s part of his charm. The pacing is great, and the character interactions are super cute!
The pacing of this novel is inconsistent and appears to lack a clear structure, as if the author didn't have a coherent plan in place. It gives the impression that the writer is trying to arbitrarily enhance the protagonist's abilities without considering the overall story or narrative. So far, there hasn't been anything particularly engaging or compelling me to continue reading. It reads more like a forced and awkward power fantasy that lacks character growth. The main character feels like a video game character being unfairly leveled up, with no meaningful events unfolding for either him or his environment. The supporting characters come across as one-dimensional, akin to NPCs in an old-school RPG from the Famicom era.
I generally read for entertainment rather than approaching stories with a critical mindset. Having recently finished a novel, some details have already slipped my memory. Despite this, I found the book enjoyable overall, with the main issue being minor grammatical and spelling errors in the translation.
The protagonist, Pei An, undergoes a compelling character development. Coming from a post-apocalyptic world with immense responsibilities, he faces the reality of a new interstellar life after death. His honesty about not being the original host, despite the emotional turmoil, is understandable, as he can't deceive someone connected to the original. He forms a bond, but it's short-lived. As the most mature survivor, he takes on leadership roles and provides psychological support, even if it means internalizing others' negative emotions.
Pei An's strength wanes after meeting the love interest, as he finds solace and support. His pregnancy, though a result of a moment of carelessness, is acceptably portrayed given his background. The loss of a potential blood relative, someone he could have formed a genuine connection with, naturally elicits intense emotions, especially considering his unique circumstances.
Although he has experienced immense trauma and pressure, Pei An's vulnerability is relatable. It's natural for him to feel weak and undergo changes, even with his resilience. Despite this, he remains strong and achieves his objectives.
While there might be plot holes, I didn't find them significant enough to detract from my enjoyment. Minor translation errors were easily overlooked by my mind. Therefore, I can't offer much constructive criticism.
Do you know why it isn’t being taken from there yet? This is a pirate site after all…
Does this novel or author has discord that any of you could share please
G3 still better
Sooooooo... Is this guy like Moon Knight or sumtin'? Since the body can only remember movements if it has done it before.
