I absolutely adore this novel; it's endearing and brimming with romance. Initially, I dismissed some negative reviews, but I've come to realize that there are indeed those who identify as radical feminists and might find it difficult to appreciate a straightforward romantic tale. The female lead is strong, independent, and intelligent, while the male lead is charmingly sweet. The antagonist even undergoes a heartwarming transformation. The balance of sweetness and a touch of jealousy between them is perfect, as he respects her capabilities and lets her have her own space. In any case, I wholeheartedly recommend this book – it's one of my all-time favorites.
This is an incredibly compelling story. Initially, I anticipated a humorous and intriguing world, but it has surpassed my expectations by delving into the character's profound motivations. Chapter 79 reveals a significant backstory - the protagonist's father abandoned her after her mother's passing, labeling her a murderer. This fuels her resentment towards those who receive the love and affection she was denied. Furthermore, the main character's skills and badassery add an extra layer of excitement.
