Alright, by the time I got to Chapter 12, I hadn't shed any tears despite everyone else being emotional. All I did was laugh and appreciate the main character's actions – some might call me heartless. But honestly, reading that summary completely took away my immersion! Plus, learning about how he effortlessly switched between wives in different worlds just... well, it made me question his sincerity.
As I read on, I found myself pondering whether his displays of regret were genuine or an act. It turned into an existential crisis for a casual novel reader like me, constantly trying to figure out what was real and what wasn't. Despite all this, would I still recommend the book based on what I've read so far? Yes, I would. The story is intriguing, and the premise caters to those who dislike the 'despicable male lead' trope, which includes me.
If not for that summary and my impulsive review search, I would've genuinely enjoyed the first arc without any distractions. In short, I spoiled it for myself, so please, don't make the same mistake. As for continuing, I might, maybe, or maybe not – who knows? I'm hoping I'll eventually put the summaries and reviews behind me and enjoy the story like it deserves.

25 days since the last update. what’s going on
Honestly, I kind of dropped this. It had a really nice premise, and it was initially quite fun. But I don't like when things go from having a simple, nice premise to being overly crazy. This was about an immortal making his way through life, if we would've met other supernatural beings okay, but now going to fairies and dragons and other worlds and everything, what the hell? It's actually funny that the author of this book also writes The Damned Demon. It's a newer series from him, and that book is literally amazing, I think it's the best web novel I've read in this genre of adult fantasy. I think the author learned some things from this one and improved upon them in the second book. Definitely recommend that one if you have a chance to read it. Just keep in mind that even though it is R-18, it's not as R-18 as this one.
