He wiped his face with the sleeve of his robe. Snot trails in a sticky line connecting the two, but he didn't seem to notice.
Tomorrow's morning .....
''As you wish my Lady Lara,'' Liz tells her while bowing.
The memory ended there, but as Ben´s senses came back to the real world and he looked at the disaster around him, the words echoed eerie in his mind. "For you my son, it will always be the harbinger of death."
Great plot! Amazing character, nice Title and hooking cover. The story got me, addicted, this is the most-read work! Not to miss by any. You're a talented author. I enjoy your work.recommended:),
Okay so this man. Song Lichuan. He's been this cold, quiet figure in the background and suddenly he's saying things like 'your sister is good. The marriage swap is fine' and I just— the way he says it is so understated but it means SO MUCH. Think about it. He's a guy who was never asked his opinion about his own engagement before. The elders just told him and he went along with it. But now, when Tang Chunsheng actually asks him what HE thinks, he doesn't brush it off. He stops and actually considers it. And what does he see when he thinks about Tang Yiren? Not some delicate flower. He sees her trembling, lips bitten till they bled, waiting for death and refusing to cry out. That image of her is what he carries into his answer. That's not indifference. That's someone who actually SAW her. And Tang Yiren— oh my god, Tang Yiren's character arc in these chapters is everything. She's reborn, she's seen her family die one by one in her past life, and now she's got this fierce protective energy about her. When she says 'if it happened again, I would make the same choice' to her mother, I literally got chills. She's not reckless— she's calculated. She knew the risks and she took them anyway. And the scene where she breaks down crying and immediately denies it? 'Who's crying?' Tang Qiusheng walks in and she's like nope, nothing to see here. But we all know. She's been holding it together since she woke up in this new life and the weight of it all just came crashing down in that one quiet moment. Also can we talk about Tang Chunsheng? The guy shows up at Song Lichuan's door carrying medicine, trying to be all formal and grateful, but internally he's having a whole crisis about whether this tiger-killing man is safe for his sister. 'If such fists were to land on her, she probably wouldn't survive two blows.' I laughed out loud. Brother really went from 'thank you for saving her' to 'is he a threat to her' in approximately three seconds.
Not to bad so far looking forward to reading more

I love Nocturnia so much. More OC i love OC I want everyone to make more original characters. I have absolute no clue what Lyra or her family looks like please add aspects on how people look so i can have a visual idea
Overall, I love the potential this story has. It is based on revenge, but I like that it focuses on her improving herself first and foremost.
This is a really difficult review. The pace is fast. Action is good. Snu-Snu is good. A harem story that advances quickly. World development is almost nonexistent (I am at chap 81 right now, the limit of premium chapters up yo date). And there is a System by which, supposedly, the MC goes from really really weak to the strongest being. But here is where the difficulties begin. The System makes no sense. The strengthening mechanism is vague at best. Cultivation doesn't mean anything either. MC strength is measured in levels, but we can 't compare it with anyone. The System messages and interventions are the worst, since they don't provide any information at all.Mana, cultivation, levels none of that matters because there is no comprehensive structure behind them. We know they are there, but the author never bothered to explain. Maybe even he doesn't know how things work. I suspect he doesn't even care. Also, there are a few inconsistencies that are irksome, because they are important. All is piling up. The Author wants to tell his story and he won't let something as silly as logic and making bloody sense to interfere.
It is very rare for me to write reviews, but when I do, it’s because it’s something special about the book. This book has captivated me since day one absolutely love how the flow of the story is going, and I can’t see the vision slowly but surely I love that it’s not feeling rushed but we’re also getting some pieces that make you keep coming back for more☺️. all I can say is I love me a good book so I need more chapters because I’m a greedy reader ??
