The novel got stale for me in the late chapters.
One of the mc's major problem is being dense, is it because he haven't seen anyone besides A, Rain, and L that he is dense?
this is what it is, and thata how it will be,
the foreshadowing was amazing but i kinda of got it since i checked the latter chapters, kinda crushed my own mood but whatever
there's also another novel i read similar to this:
Livestream: The Adjudicator of Death
Full of Cliches.
The MC himself is a good character though, though slightly a pushover against an ally women.
I'm just fed up for chinese novel cliche for a while. i'll read some Korean to recover.
I am utterly perplexed by this light novel. It's extraordinary, leaving me at a loss for words to express my astonishment. To put it in perspective, while I did enjoy SAO, this current novel is a complete disaster compared to it; SAO shines like a masterpiece in comparison.
The gaming system in this novel is undeniably the worst I've come across. They attempt to provide explanations, but they fall short and leave readers unsatisfied. I understand that light novels focus on character development rather than world-building, but the premise here is repulsive – a grown man essentially creating an harem of young girls, which is incredibly disturbing.
Before reading this, I had strong negative feelings towards Kirito from SAO. However, the character Satou is so despicable that my animosity towards Kirito has vanished. If Kirito were real, I'd have had issues with him, but now, after reading about Satou, I'm considering naming my child Kirito – a testament to how detached from reality this MC is. Satou feels like a conglomerate of unrealistic characters, making it impossible to empathize with him. The lack of plot, one-dimensional characters, and the protagonist's hypocrisy make for a tedious read, but the author seems unbothered by these shortcomings, treating it more as an exercise in self-indulgence.
This novel is a test of endurance, a constant barrage of nonsense. I thought I could withstand absurdity, but I reached my breaking point around volume 14, and by volume 12, I was already struggling mentally. I would rate it 2/5, giving it credit for decent writing (which might be due to the translators) and recognizing it as a parody of flawed escapism. However, considering the time and mental energy wasted, I feel like I should give it a zero, but practicality forces me to settle for 1/5. Yes, I admit my pettiness, but the true jerk in this story is the author, who has produced a literary monstrosity that even surpasses some of the darkest works, like Mein Kampf, in terms of distaste.
"\\"Surviving In A Wasteland: I Can Evolve Endlessly\\" is a riveting tale that captures the essence of resilience and self-discovery. The protagonist's journey through a post-apocalyptic world is both heart-wrenching and inspiring, as they navigate not just physical challenges, but also their own emotional evolution. The author's vivid storytelling creates an immersive experience, leaving readers hooked with its thought-provoking themes and unexpected plot twists. It's a captivating read that stays with you long after the last page, reminding us all of our own potential for growth in adversity."
This captivating tale, "The Hectic Life of a Supernatural Huntsman," is a thrilling rollercoaster ride through the unseen world. The protagonist's relentless pursuit of the paranormal is both exhilarating and thought-provoking. The author weaves an intricate web of supernatural intrigue, leaving readers on the edge of their seats with each chapter. The character development is commendable, as we delve into the hunter's emotional struggles alongside his extraordinary abilities. A must-read for fans of supernatural fiction, it keeps you hooked till the very end.
"Global Game: AFK In The Zombie Apocalypse" captivates with its immersive storytelling. The blend of strategic survival and unexpected humor kept me hooked from the very beginning. As a reader, I found myself deeply invested in the protagonist's journey, navigating the harsh world while grappling with the challenge of being 'AFK' (Away From Keyboard). The zombie-infested backdrop adds an intense edge, making it a thrilling, adrenaline-pumping read. Overall, a compelling narrative that will appeal to fans of post-apocalyptic thrillers and those seeking a unique gaming-inspired twist.
