Back at the manoir Alice smiles to herself after getting a glimpse of Flocon running past a big window. Luckily everyone else is facing her at breakfast and not that window. They eat and discuss the realm matters. No one asks about Flocon because they think she's just resting. Soon after breakfast they're still talking when they hear the door open they all look at eachother then Alice smiles and nods. They all vanish and reappear in front of the door. Alice looks at how shocked everyone but Damian's face is of course he probably saw Flocon as well
"Cut herself? Where?" Mr. Parke asked.
"I'm being blackmailed by her," He said. "There's nothing I can do."
This read is fun, the way it was written was odd, but after a while I came to enjoy it. Short simple to the point. The story sets the main character up as underwhelming so he can be built into what he is supposed to be. I haven't finished to know all the way what he turns into but I can tell it will be good.
He is a Protestant {a faction of Christian religion if you do not know} and is a firm believer of god. He never had a girlfriend, and nobody knows why. We will know more about him in upcoming chapters.)
