This is a really captivating volume, and with more work it could really stand out. I feel the pacing should be adjusted, some scenes feel rushed, and also adjust the clarity for more flow.
Has to be one of the best first chapters I've read in a while frfr, and the potential of the story is just insane thinking about it. The story, characters and everything else soo good.

Why the abruptness in going to Japan I though volume 2 is a solid highschool conquer arc?
Its a great read at the start. Of course its a wish fulfillment story bit it incorporates the character very well. SpoilerWhen he gets the emperor aura or whatever his character turns for shit from sweet and cool to overly angry and domineering. Getting angry at every turn. Also author turned the novel chinese after that. Should have just kept the skill card nothing else as it messes up the story.

when she took off her shoes and coat she walked into the front room to greet her parents but she was pushed into the wall hard as someone held her in place.
"Where are you going?" Jessica asked, looking her up and down.
"Ah, well. If I'm correct, you need to beat the first boss in order to open the gates. She's easy with a group. Once she's defeated the gates are permanently open. I implemented that to ensure that early-copy thieves couldn't progress without the help of more players."
