I reached around chap 500+, purely because I'm a sucker to this kind of genre. Compared to Superstars of Tomorrow and IRAS, this novel is severely lacking.
PROS: It's hard to think of one. The story is in between below average and average... hmmm yup there's nothing stunning about this novel. However, if you have nothing to read and waiting for updates then this might do the trick. Also around chapter 300, the MC will go to USA, not really a spoiler, just to tell you guys that it will be more relatable because Western works will be used not just Chinese literatures, films and celebrities that we barely know.
CONS: Most cons were stated already. The worst thing for me is the story telling. It's practically reading a log or a diary, most chapters just states what did the MC have done that day. The romance is really bad, it has potential at first but the author botched it. The story has no depth along with the characters. Everyone is so shallow and thought of nothing aside MCs looks.
There are few good chapters, most of them were dull and just about the MC eating over and over again. The fact that the MC's eating is more detailed than him doing his job or his lovelife is the most frustrating part of this novel. I finally dropped this novel, I tried it a lot of times but just I'm about to drop it, things get interesting. It's like the walking dead prior to the latest season.
I shall say this neutrally reading as this novel is still fresh yet it’s my cup of tea for subversion or exploration of topics such as anti-ntr…Which I respect not to spoil yet quite frankly fascinated
Let’s go according to order, shall we?
Writing Quality:- Excellent. The words flow smoothly and there are little grammatical mistakes. The author has real flair with actual substance not just simply filling word count and I can assure you that the style of writing is really immersive.
Updating Stability:- This author does sometimes have irregular days where he doesn’t update but I don’t see the author improving it in anyway and I’m not really bothered by it.
Story Development:- As usual with weak-to-strong stories, the beginning may seem slow but once you get into the action, it’s a done deal being well explained and never stale. I really love the smoothness of the pace as it seems to have been even more polished than his previous works.
Character Design:- As written in the author’s review, the character’s decisions seem well thought out and relatable with some having a few screws loose. The MC is likeable and seems like a average guy. Although I can’t really go into detail as a lot of side character backgrounds aren’t revealed as of yet, I trust the author’s skills.
World Background:- My favorite thing about this author is his intricate power system. That’s not to say it hasn’t been used before, it’s just that the author does it well. It’s woven delicately and he usually uses the debuff and buff system[One where one ability supplements another’s shortcomings]. The world background has not had much exposition as it dives into the Tower fast but I have high expectations.
Summary:- The author does have his faults with irregular updates and imo slowing down the power upgrades by detailing the power system by too much. But, at the end of the day, this whole review is my opinion and I really like this book.
It has great potential and the translation is getting a little better as time goes I really like the story it is a bit cliché but every story has a turning point when the plot gets a better objective hope they will continue translating I am looking forward for more
Finally a good story after a long time, if you have read earlier trial reads then you would know how bad they were, some would even mix 'he' and 'she', making our reading experience annoying.
Okay enough talk about that, let's talk about this novel. Here you will find low grammatical errors, story is well built out and characters are fleshed out well. So you can totally enjoy it.
If I have to give out stars it would be 4/5 which is pretty good in my opinion, so give it a try and if you like it, vote it.

The translation quality is very bad.
Can't understand the story as they don't know when to use "not" ............................,.....................,.....
I hope this book get picked up. Wonder how the story goes as the MC has knowledge of the future. Can't wait for more chapters!...............
