author, if you have ever thought to update long chapter or more than a chapter in a day then that's great but if not than I'm not sure that this book will ever get it's satisfactory ending even after a year or two.

I don't think it is right to just quit from ur title being god of war. You have so much effort and sacrifices just to be in that title. Hardships in life will not end how can you depend your love ones if you are that powerless. Maybe you can leave temporarily but not resigned.
