"Motherboard what is the nearest inhabitable planet," I asked. "Terra which is 18 light-days from your present location," replied the motherboard. "Huh, it sounds a little weird to me," I said. "I don't think we have a choice," Madilyn said. "We should just stay there for the meantime till we are found," she added and I agreed.
The two girls cried as they hugged each other. After a while, Sherry had calmed down. She places one hand on Charlotte's shoulder as she said in a serious tone, "Charlotte! Next year, you need to win the competition for me! Even if I didn't win, if you won, I would feel equally happy! I know you actually held back during the academy competition since you wanted me to advance, right?"

With this action on August 30, 1888, Candler's sole control became technically all true. Candler had negotiated with Margaret Dozier and her brother Woolfolk Walker a full payment amounting to $1,000, which all agreed Candler could pay off with a series of notes over a specified time span. By May 1, 1889, Candler was now claiming full ownership of the Coca-Cola beverage, with a total investment outlay by Candler for the drink enterprise over the years amounting to $2,300.[26]

"okay I can see the building, I will be there in a minute" she hangs up.
I started reading Chapter 1 at 11 PM. It is now 2:47 AM. I have no regrets. The pacing here is absolutely masterful. Let me break down why this works so well. The chapter opens with external action—the cavalry parade, the gossiping nobles—giving us context and worldbuilding in one smooth motion. Then we pivot sharply to Zhan Qin arriving at the manor, and the tension builds through small, almost imperceptible details: Xieyue's unusual tension, her mouth drooping slightly, the way she steps aside instead of blocking him. Every beat is calibrated. The author doesn't rush to the big reveal; instead we get this slow, almost painful buildup where Zhan Qin's suspicion grows and the reader grows with it. Then—BAM—the window flies open and there she is, unmade, tearful, vulnerable. The transition from his cold, armored exterior to her soft, disheveled appearance is a masterclass in contrast. Chapter 2 continues this rhythm perfectly. The physical embrace, the flashback to their last meeting, the Hidden Pouch tantrum—it all flows naturally. What I particularly appreciate is that the author never lets the scene breathe too long. Just when you're settling into the tenderness, Rong Li gets angry about something trivial and throws a pouch. The emotional whiplash keeps you engaged. And that ending with 'a new stack of p'—cutting off mid-word is either a glitch or the most ruthless cliffhanger I've ever encountered. Either way, I need Chapter 3 immediately.
'We need to start fully consolidating our assets and figuring out out next business move inside the city.'
