I smiled and stood up. I walked towards the barista counter and waited. I pulled out my phone and started to scroll through OutsaGram. A voice spoke up. "Marco? How do you do?"
"Mark said almost all preparations are done so there's nothing else to be done. He also said we have to stay the night at his place. But I'm sure Mia won't agree."
"But you don't look like, so it doesn't matter."
„Come on! I don't wanna wait for a whole day."
About that - Albus had already come to her decision. There was resolve in her eyes. "The military will deal with it without me needing to say anything," she said, the fireworks in the sky would be obvious and given the blast, it wouldn't be hard to narrow down what shot at the ship.
Blinking rapidly I thought of something. "Hey relax your mind for only a moment." I transferred the thoughts and the feelings I just had to her.
She lowered her head in acknowledgment and left with her own light source. he had forgotten to ask her to have the yard searched but the most important had been said. Anyway, the guy wasn't going anywhere after the strike he received and the fall he endured.
"Don't dad, that's dangerous. That's an all or nothing scenario, maybe I can think of something," Ezra furrowed his brows, it took all his mental fortitude to reply in a consistent manner, let alone think. It felt the same when he was two, more or less, but at least now he had more control. He had thought of escaping by powering his boots enough to be able to fly away, but it was practically impossible especially with the mental toll the ringing inside his head was doing.
Props to this story for making me laugh! The humor is well-written, and I really enjoyed that aspect of this story. It's well-written, with little grammar issues that stood out to me (punctuation, periods missing). It has a unique charm to it that other's in its genre does not have. Worth your time to check it out!
Reaching the end of a good book is rather sad. I rather enjoyed the development of the story and the characters
"Exactly!" Isabelle nodded in confirmation "We still have the element of surprise. Given the situation, it might be a stretch but if we do it right we can succeed"
chapters are too short but very catchy to read
