Wtf, chpter 1 and the mc life is pure tragedy.. if I were him I would run away from that hell hole already...
Even though this is a fast-paced story, the author was able to develop the conflict, storyline and characters very well. I see the author is able to alternately apply character development and emotional development. keep writing, author
Like the other two reviews here, I too am giving this 5 stars because, a) I know it's going to be good, the author's already proven himself and it's a Warlock of the Magus World fanfic, and b) Because I hope to god he finishes this one, bro really left me edging with Records of the Dark Magus
This seems pretty cool. Never seen a system like this before at least......................................................................
One of those sign in novels but this one is quite good imo. The reason is probably the main character and the female lead. The romance slowly buds even though it started with a *spoiler* arranged political marriage. Both knew each other and were on the stage of 'no dislike' and grew to the stage of like. Both of them are actually quite naive in love and their growing mutual like is quite innocent. It may seem cheesy but I thought it was sweet. That said, the novel is still mainly a Xianxia. The mc tries his best to remain low-key and 'sends his enemies on the road' anonymously. The fights are quick with the mc using his fist to create blood mist. Overall, it's a worthwhile reading experience.
Shame that this wasn't picked. Used to be one of the top novels and original son-in-law stories in chinese platform. Story is way better than generic system, super overpowered & no brain MCs in today's trial reads, along with the terrible translation. This story, has an Mc that actually uses his brain and outsmarts enemies stronger than him, rather than just using brute force.
I’m giving this novel a max rating in the hopes that it garners more attention. It has almost perfect English and is well-written with few plotholes, yet it’s less popular a lot of the complete garbage. It’s not perfect, but for what its worth, I feel safe in calling this a hidden gem
Its clearly mtl with little to no edits. I really love the story, i read the first 30 chaps on another site with proper translatiom and came here to try and finish it. But everytime i just can t bring myself to read mtl man, its such a brain killer for me i just can t stand it?. Yeah my review is :-story is really good, if you can read mtl read it its very entertaining-if you can t read mtl then don t bother( im giving 4.6 starts becauE the story really deserves it even tho i can t continue because of mtl ??)
Author my guy what a gem glad I found this loving it?????????????????Keep it up author /////////////////////////////////
Great Tang’s Unparalleled National Teacher is an interesting novel that is actually somewhat readable on MTL sites and is completely butchered by attempts at Westernizing it. Dialog, world background , characterization all became terrible, seemingly written for elementary school kids. WHY?! I mean does translation team think that folks going to Webnovel to read Wuxia/Xianxia novels would be confused by Chinese names or Great Tang?I strongly recommend folks skip this. If the novel ever comes back properly translated, then it would probably be a treat, but we'll never know.
An awesome book with an amazing plot. I love it? First I saw the book cover and was impressed with it, then I read the synopsis and the first paragraph made me laugh out loud.Going into the chapters, I met a great story. Stories with a sickly mc really resonate with me.Nice work, author.????????
60 chapters in, I still don't understand even a speck of what is going on, no character makes sense, plotlines are convoluted and twisted, this whole "oh I'm a cannibal" thing never stops. I'm up for many things specially with evil MC, but one thing I just can't deal with is the pleasure of human meat. It's just absolutely upsetting. Oh and btw using a D20 dice although it sounds fun as a writer, it makes readers face too many confusing events.
