This book is very interesting and happens to keep me occupied and the best part is that the imaginative scenes that is created in my head is better than watching movies ,I mean,it's like you were part of that story and it's just so well made .I love this kind of stories❤
I loved this book. the story line did not move all over the place, it was direct and not dragged out. great read.
The book was ok until the ending. Its should have been longer and not cut off when the storyline was getting interesting.

One of the best books I’ve ever read
This is one of the best books of this series or any other series. The whole book ( Catherine and Alice’s story both books) are amazing and introduces us to many characters that we all fell in love with. Can’t wait to read Rivers story.

Okay so let me just say — the author has some serious comedic timing here. The whole neutering scene? Chef's kiss. Leon, this proud Slavic boxer trapped in a sixteen-pound orange cat body, gets dragged to the vet by the omega he was literally just bonding with, and when he sees another cat getting prepped for the procedure, he absolutely loses it. Knocks down three medical staff and bolts. Three. Staff. Members. By a cat. But here's what actually made me sit up and pay attention — the parallel structure between Leon's current humiliation and Xiao Yu's past trauma. Both of them were betrayed by someone they trusted. Leon thought Xiao Yu was being kind, and then suddenly it's "let's go get your balls removed." Meanwhile, Xiao Yu's backstory about the flowers under the podium and those alpha buddies saying "an omega with pheromones overflowing must be very slutty" — that hit way harder than I expected in a comedy chapter. The plot twist of Leon protecting Xiao Yu from the blind date alpha was honestly well-earned setup. We'd already seen Leon's boxing instincts and territorial nature, so when he turned into this furious orange blur and started landing actual punches, it felt like the story was paying off both characters' arcs simultaneously. The author didn't just throw in an action beat — they connected it to Leon's protective instincts AND Xiao Yu's emotional wound at the same time. Also the author's note at the end where Leon thinks "First time being a hero saving the beauty, the Russian is immersed in the romantic atmosphere" while Xiao Yu is just screaming "holy crap my cat has become a spirit" — that tonal whiplash is exactly the kind of thing that makes a book unputdownable. One character is living in a romance novel, the other is in a horror comedy. And they're in the same car.
