dropped for same reasons. But I think it is mostly author's fault. Because like 70% is the story is about young master slapping, 20 is for harem and the rest is to show off his power while random characters are like : Omg he's too strong, we need to investigate him and recruit or kill him.

It seems some readers are bothered by characters excessively praising the main character (MC) without explanation, even though it's clear they're grateful for her past life rescue. However, they don't question their admiration for Lu Qingyan. In my view, she isn't overly powerful; her character is intriguing. The logic behind her knowledge is plausible, and she doesn't come across as hypocritical.

The author employs secondhand embarrassment as a comedic tool, but it often causes genuine discomfort. I've had the unfortunate experience of dropping this book numerous times whenever the main character (MC) experiences an embarrassing moment. The chemistry between the protagonists seems lacking; the male lead (ML) has a tendency to tease and be sarcastic with the MC, which can be unexpectedly hurtful. I'm not sure if it's just my sensitivity, but it's hard for me to believe that the MC could develop genuine feelings for such a character.
Additionally, the MC's emotions towards the ML seem forced, bordering on admiration rather than love. It doesn't feel organic or authentic. Perhaps I'm being biased and subconsciously hoping the MC wouldn't end up with the ML. To be honest, my favorite characters are everyone else except for the ML. It's a bit complicated, I guess.
This tale shines when you're in a relaxed mood, seeking light-hearted entertainment with a Mary Sue protagonist who brings laughter throughout each chapter. The main character's motivation might seem unclear at the moment, but their cuteness factor is undeniable. It's not the ideal choice for those who prefer intricate plots or well-developed, multi-dimensional characters that require mental engagement during reading.
The reading experience is highly enjoyable, and the narrative moves at an engaging pace. The characters' personalities are well-developed, and the powers haven't escalated to the point of destroying the world just yet. I appreciate how the protagonist takes the time to relish his abilities for personal pleasure, not drawing unnecessary attention. Moreover, his confidence comes across as genuine, not arrogance, which prevents any feelings of being belittled.

The novel translations or the way the writer writes (m not sure who's fault it is) is getting worse n worse...

Enemies or bad guys insult or try to kill the Mc.. Mc forgive them or forget them in the next chapter.. Acting like a saint. While acting like a psycho towards the not so bad guys..or those that doesn't actually mean him harm...
