the story is just so amazing....
This is the best novel I've read in ages. As a long-time enthusiast of BL (Boy's Love) stories, my interest has been waning lately, but this particular book was so exceptional that it compelled me to leave a review.
What I particularly enjoyed:
1. The unique relationship dynamics: Unlike many BL works where there's a clear power imbalance, this couple shares a balanced give-and-take, reflecting a healthy partnership dynamic.
2. The progression of the story and their relationship:我以为故事会围绕主角们的"前任"纠葛展开，但作者并未局限于这一点。他们很快解决了前情，后续情节聚焦在角色成长和个人发展上。
3. The main character (ML) was simply captivating – his portrayal was outstanding.
However, there was a minor aspect that didn't quite hit the mark:
1. The subplot involving their company felt somewhat underdeveloped and rushed. Some crucial points were inadequately addressed, making me feel like it could have been omitted without much impact.
Overall, despite that one flaw, this book truly stood out as a delightful read.
This novel is exceptional; its humorous elements, particularly the scenes featuring the gods, greatly enhance its entertainment value. Despite its protagonist being a saint, the character displays relatable human ambitions, which adds depth to the narrative. The story also boasts a unique twist with multiple male leads from different worlds, each with their own distinct personalities, making for a captivating and enjoyable reading experience.
Though it's been some time since I last read it, the book consistently keeps my interest, and even the manga adaptation maintains its charm without ever becoming boring.

Finally fnished reading and decided to leave a comment instead of a review because I honestly don't know how to rate this. I did like the novel but I can only describe it as "weird". Yea...
First of all, this is clearly a xianxia, but at the same time it isn't; it isn't because you can't read this as a xianxia. There's a lot of random mysticism. Power levels don't matter, or barely do. It's more like reading a fairy tale, about how the monster of loch ness exists, or how Santa Claus is the one who appears at xmas, etc...
If the author says a random cr*ppy dude is untouchable and strong enough to kill a God, even if it makes no sense whatsoever, then the dude is strong enough to kill a God and that's as far as the explanation goes. The same happens for pretty much anything related to power levels. Skills, treasures or whatever. This goes all the way to the very end of the novel.
Anyway, the novel has a lot of ups and downs. The downs are *really* low, but the ups are quite good.

There are no villains purely created to make the main character's life miserable or win hearts through violence (at least up to chapter 58). The portrayal of characters is grounded in realism, like when they play basketball without unnecessary conflict, choosing to shake hands after an impressive game.
I could provide numerous reasons to give this book a chance, but in one concise sentence, here's my recommendation: this novel is entertaining and enjoyable, allowing you to read without overanalyzing – just pure fun. So, go ahead and give it a try!
